We had dinner and drinks in the Bay Bar which was lovely, a little pricey but to be expected for the quality. The hotel is situated right next to Fistral Beach and the views are amazing!! Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be returning."

"Check in was problematic. Although I'd booked using an Amex through Expedia, the hotel does not actually take this method of payment. This led to an embarrassing situation when my alternative card could not be accepted by their system. Luckily a separate terminal appeared and I was able to pay but all round, a poor check in experience which left me embarrassed in front of my partner."

"Lovely spa facilities and really helpful staff. It wasn’t very easy to get a taxi into Padstow unless it had been pre-booked which we didn’t realise but overall it is a wonderful hotel. "
