Sleeping up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children, 'An Leti' is a stylish, hotel quality, super-king suite. It has a luxurious bathroom with double soaker tub, twin walk-in shower, bath robes and huge plush towels. There's also a small well-equipped kitchen and sleek wood-burner. Perfect for year-round cosy weekends away with your special someone, summer holidays with your little people as well as a great week-night alternative to bland and impersonal work trip hotel rooms. As well as the superking bed, there's also a sofa bed that can sleep one extra adult or two small children.
Well-behaved house trained dogs are very welcome at a cost of £10/dog per stay.
Goonwinnow Farm is really easy to find, just a mile from the A30, placing you in a great location for getting to pretty much anywhere else in county - especially the North Coast, with its dog-friendly beaches, superb restaurants and spas. Newquay Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the farm and there's also a fabulous pub -The Plume of Feathers at Mitchell - a leisurely 20 minute walk away, which serves great food, cask ales and has a rather splendid selection of gins!
Goonwinnow's traditional stone barns have been converted over the past 20 years into holiday cottages of varying sizes to suit solo guests, families and large groups. A total of up to 35 people can be accommodated. Each cottage welcomes dogs and a couple of them have enclosed outdoor spaces for safe play. Within the farm grounds are an enclosed dog walking paddock, communal rustic games room with table tennis, pool table and table football as well as an outdoor play area with swings and climbing frame. All guests are welcome to enjoy the games room, outdoor play areas and to roam around the pasture land.
'An Leti' (Dairy in Cornish) is the latest space to be converted for guests. It has a huge, comfortable super-king bed, plump pillows, crisp white cotton sheets and blackout blinds. The perfect recipe for a good night's sleep.
All bedding, linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided as well as bathroom supplies, robes and slippers. In the kitchen there's a good sized under-counter fridge with icebox, a full size oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine+pods.
The cottage also has a hairdryer, iron and board. If there is anything else you'd like to know about please do ask.
