A lovely, comfortable and relaxing break in a cosy cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the New year period in Ty Bach. The directions made it easy to find and it was lovely having some land around the cottage to explore and ideal to be so near the nature reserve. We were also a comfortable drive away from many interesting places, such as St David's, Tenby and Cardigan. I enjoy wild swimming and found some beautiful spots nearby. It's a shame there is no shower but it was lovely to enjoy a warm bath after a long day out hiking (just ensure you space them out) the beds were really comfortable. The TV is HUGE! We loved the log burner and it was so nice to light this in the evenings to relax and keep warm. We would definitely consider staying her again in the future as it's a decent cottage in an ideal location and it's also dog friendly

Lovely cottage in lovely setting.
Lovely cottage in lovely setting. Photos didn’t do it justice. Could do with a deep clean, loads of dust under beds, sofas and on top of fridge. Really enjoyed stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

While this cottage was in a lovely location and the cottage was clean and comfortable I was not happy that I hadn't been told about the shower not working- because I can't physically sit down in a bath I couldn't have a proper wash all week , I booked this cottage because it had a shower and the fact that I wasn't notified on booking frankly is not on ! I have found out since that these problems have been going on for some time

Ty Bach is a lovely place, particularly the surrounding gardens. The beds and living room are comfy and everything works. The rusty old barbecue needs renewing and the shower is more of a dribble but these things didn't matter too much to us. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Ty Bach is a beautiful cottage situated in a rugged unspoilt countryside.
Ty Bach is a beautiful cottage situated in a rugged unspoilt countryside. The cottage was a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of Pembrokeshire; the coast and beaches are stunning (miles of golden sand). We loved watching seals and pups at Deer Haven, Stumble Bay and visiting Tenby (a picture perfect town). The cottage itself is a lovely flint building and the kitchen is well equipped (just a bit dated). The place was generally clean but could do with furniture being moved during cleaning as fairly dusty behind some furniture. The shower head needs replacing as was just a dribble of water but we worked round it as had baths, or used jugs. However, a replacement shower head is a simple fix and should be easily sorted. We didn’t let it bother us much as the cottage was lovely base; beds were really comfortable and it is very pleasant. We would stay again as it’s a beautiful site; the grounds are full of flowers and very picturesque. The owner introduced herself at the start but we were so busy visiting the amazing Pembrokeshire sites that we didn’t have much time at the cottage but it was a lovely base and we would be happy to stay there again

Charming and secluded, but close to Newport and nearby beaches, a real gem
This holiday let is set in a secluded cluster of 4 similar properties, surrounded by beautiful woodland. The morning bird song is delightful and there is no light pollution so star gazing is a must. With easy access to the A487 and near Newport, it is remote, but not isolated. Inside, the property is a little tired but don't let that put you off because the beds are really comfortable, the log burning stove kicks out a lot of heat and the flagstone floor is ideal for muddy boots and wet dogs. A charming, comfortable place that we will definitely book again.

Excellent place for our dog and us.
Excellent place for our dog and us. Very peaceful with grounds to walk for hours. Nearest pub was 2 miles away but very friendly to us and very dog friendly. Our cottage was very spacious clean and all we could have hoped for. It's the best break we have had for years. Thanks very much Robert and Caroline and of course Rosie our dog.

A well presented cottage in a stunning location.
A well presented cottage in a stunning location. Comfortable bed and also plenty of comfortable chairs. The log burner required attention to keep it going but once well established made the room very warm. A few stains on sofas which looked to be spills or mud from outside. Overall a very good holiday cottage with some wonderful scenery and places to walk. Nearby for trips to Newport, Cardigan, Dinas Cross and archeological places of interest.

Ty Bach is one of four cottages set in a hamlet- totally stunning.
Ty Bach is one of four cottages set in a hamlet- totally stunning. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness it needed a good spring clean. Certain items need to be replaced with new- kitchen work tops, kettle, place mats, lounge curtains, and it would benefit from a coat of paint. Beautiful cottage , picturesque location, very cosy and comfortable. Exellent location for travelling and enjoying walks Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
