First off, we provide FREE PRIVATE PARKING 20 FEET away from the condominium. Try finding that in Newport which next to impossible! This 3-bedroom apartment is SUPER SPACIOUS having an open floor plan/layout for you and your guest to spread out. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen which is quite large, extra space for entertaining. Complete with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can enjoy the convenience of satellite/cable TV. Refresh yourself in the 1.5 bathrooms, stocked with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Newport. The property was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. We had a great stay! We had a short walk to downtown Newport, but were right at the point where it wasn’t loud at night. The parking lot was very, very convenient (parking in Newport is tough) and a huge help for our group. The apartment fit us easily and the common areas feel very spacious. We had a great time!

Girls bday weekend
6 adult women came to celebrate a milestone bday. Rental had plenty of comfy beds, walking to restaurants, shops, cliff walk and parking for all cars. Owner was responsive and gave spot on recommendations for food and activities.

The location can’t be beat. Parking was convenient and it is close to the mansions. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the bar next door, but the condo itself was comfortable and well equipped. Owner was great with communication.

Love the free parking. It is a busy street but that's why we stayed in Newport for the nightlife!!!! and let me tell you this place was one of the better places I've stayed in. Loved every minute of it and the free parking was a hit. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

Best Spot for a Girls Weekend Out
We had the best time here! The apartment looked just like it did in the listing and having the two bathrooms was perfect for all of the girls to get ready for the night out. The beds were SO comfortable. The owner was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly and professionally. He also gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. This was the perfect spot for us to get to and from downtown easily. The big, private parking lot was also great because none of us had to worry about where to put our cars. We’re already thinking about coming back for our next girls trip!

I was initially impressed with the pictures inside. No pictures of outside. Area OK but at end of Thames. Aside from bed sheet issue, house was clean.

Overall, a good experience! Dealing with the owner was easy - he was very responsive to questions and inquiries. This property is just in the right location - Close to the action, but far enough away too. It was a quiet area. The parking spot is a major plus as parking is very difficult to come by. Although not really advertised, the property has 1 main bathroom and then a second room with just a toilet. There was plenty of space for 5 people. The air conditioning in all rooms, except 1 bedroom, was a plus - it can get hot in Newport. It is close to a nice coffee and pastry shop. There stairs up to the property can be a bit difficult for elderly guests. Only downside was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. But, there was strong cell phone signal. A nice property!

Perfect space at the right price!
The photos were totally accurate of this rental and was a good amount of space for this family of 3. We each had our own bedroom and comfy beds. Was a total plus to have 1.5 baths too. Was a fairly good location at the end of Thames St away from all the shopping and business just know there is a bar across the street that goes late with music but luckily the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment. This is a bare essentials unit, so be sure to bring your own shampoo/bar soap/DW detergent/cleaner, etc. We didnt realize it wasn't stocked like other VRBOs but popped down to the gas station store a block away and filled up. That being said, we were happy to stock up as this unit was HALF THE PRICE of others we looked at. Yes, it's not fancy but HALF THE PRICE people! The owner Chris was totally awesome in communication and helpful with places to eat and things to do. Bonus, there is a HUGE parking lot all to yourself to fit multiple cars. We loved walking everywhere to the shops, restaurants and mansions. When it rained we easily got an Uber. Highly recommend!

Great location
Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager.

We really enjoyed staying at the VRBO. The location was perfect very spacious and airy. The host was very accommodating and readily available if I had any questions. The only thing We did not know about was the stairs and we had an 85-year-old grandpa with us. But he made it fine. The baseboards on the stairs and in the bedroom floors were a little dirty.
