Spending your vacation in this luxury condo will offer you a modern and elegant retreat in the heart of Newports famous historic district. Located on Thames Street, directly next to iconic Newport restaurants including The Red Parrot, Midtown Oyster Bar and many more.

The features of this home include: an open floor plan with large living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen with a huge island, perfect for entertaining. We even have a kegerator and an 85" TV!
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Great location and plenty of space. Very comfortable. Right in the middle of the action yet quiet at night. There was some noise from one of the bars on the street one night but not bad at all. Really nice place to stay.

Thames Street Property Review
The property was very clean and you can't beat the location in terms of being in the middle of the action. The only thing we didn't realize is the amount of noise that comes from Thames Street on weekend nights, which is understandable. If you don't mind the noise, this is a great property to stay at.

A great place to stay
The property was clean, well furnished and the en suite bathrooms for each bedroom proved to be a wonderful feature. We had children with us and everyone was very comfortable for the stay, and it was a great place that served as a home base for the Newport Folk Festival. We'd stay here again!

What an amazing place to stay!
This 3 bedroom rental was perfect for our family. Located in a great location, just steps from all the harbor activities and steps to Ben & Jerry's (a treat). The condo was clean, well decorated and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Friends 40th birthday weekend
The condo was great, clean and spacious. The location was perfect walking distance to everything and the contact person answered all pre arrival questions promptly. It is a little noisy when people leave the bars but definitely a great spot if you expect to be going out and about during the weekend to have fun.

The apartment was perfect for our party of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area was comfortable. Staying on Thames Street was a perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere except to the mansions.

Amazing property. Super clean and updated. Fabulous location. Wish we had known that the code to enter would be given to us the morning of our first stay. I wouldn’t have panicked about it then. It makes perfect sense but no reason not to tell us ahead of time. We will DEFINITELY stay there again!!

Perfect Spring Break
We stayed here for 3 nights while touring colleges with our oldest son. We had 3 teenage boys with us, and the loft was perfect. Having a king bed in every room with a bathroom in each was a huge plus with 3 boys, and unusual to find. The loft was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. Location was great. We walked to every meal. It was a huge bonus having reserved parking across the street. We will definitely be visiting again!

We were a group of 5 friends and stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. The unit is conveniently located and offers free dedicated parking. The decor is charming but sparse. Furniture was oddly placed and sized and more seating is needed. Very little communication was provided about checkin, parking and checkout process and the kitchen is only moderately stocked. (The keg tap pictured is decorative, not provided.) Beds are very comfortable and nice bedding and linens are provided. Surprisingly quiet for the location, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Great! Only shortcoming was no hangars
There is no question you are staying here for the location and the newness/cleanliness. All great. I had one request - there were only 4 hangars for all 3 bedrooms. I called the property manager and asked that some be dropped off but that never happened. Don't hang any clothes and you are all set. We did arrive early. They were very accommodating about getting us in as early as possible. That was nice. We had a lovely stay.

This property is definitely in the middle of a party if that is what you are looking for. Right below us was a bar that made us feel like we were actually in the bar with how loud the noise was. As for parking, we didn’t receive any instructions to where the parking spots were located, and on a very hectic street, this became a very stressful situation. I tried to contact the property manager but never heard back so luckily I ran into someone on the street who knew. Overall, it is just as pictured and is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. It just depends on what exactly you are looking for, but beware at night at least on the weekends, it can get very loud.

Exceeded Expectations!
This loft and management company are truly wonderful. Being a vacation home owner myself, I have high standards and this team knows how to deliver! I just returned from a 3 day visit to Newport with my mom and sister. The location of the loft is absolutely perfect! You are right in the heart of great restaurants, shopping and wharfs. The loft has everything you could possibly need. The thoughtful details like beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries and even k-cups for the keurig are so appreciated! The loft is professionally decorated with the most luxurious beds, linens and bath towels. We loved taking walks every morning and even walked to the mansions from the loft. Even though we had our own car, we loved the convenience of using Uber and always had great drivers. We ate at The Moorings, The Inn at Castle Hill (which is absolutely beautiful and the food is exquisite) and our last night we couldn't leave Newport without having lobster so stayed local overlooking the water at the Lobster Bar which was perfect! The Black Pearl was great for afternoon lunches. We loved Newport and will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else but at one of these properties. Thanks for being great hosts!!

Moms trip!
The property is exactly as listed. My friends and I come to Newport every year for our annual girls trip. This property was by far the best one yet. Location is in the heart of Newport, walking distance to everything! Very spacious for all 5 of us. Large bedrooms with bathrooms in each room were a huge plus getting ready for a night out. The common area is very spacious! Every amenity you would need! Check-in was seamless, and the two parking spaces across the street were so convenient for our two vehicles. We hope to rent this location again next year!!! Thank you Newport Lofts!
