The hotel was okay. Staff were all very nice, but the walls were SO THIN, we heard every single thing from the hallway and other rooms - voices, TVs, laughing, KIDS... and lots of doors that sounded like they were slamming shut because the latching is so loud. The restaurant across the street was very good, and the beach was easily walkable.

I had a great two days staying at the Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport. The check in was easy. The staff was beyond wonderful. Everything was so clean. It was quiet and convenient, located next to so many attractions and dining options. Just want to mention again how professional and helpful the staff were, housecleaning, front desk, everyone.

The room we stayed in had a large gap in the window frame that we had to stuff with napkins to prevent freezing air from coming in , one of the bedside lamps did not work but otherwise view was good and beds were super comfy.
