Enjoy this newly remodeled Luxury 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath condo in a natural park like setting near the beach. You have the entire end unit home to yourselves up and downstairs with no one above you. It's a nice quiet area with tranquil grounds right outside your doors. You can walk/jog and explore the nature preserve habitat of this area or you can walk/bike the River trail to the beach. Your retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the beach community, yet close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere and beach breezes on your terms. New A/C Air conditioning was added last year!
You have 20 miles of beachfront bike paths to explore along the Gold Coast of Orange County. Return home to your community heated Pool and Jacuzzi in your private canyon getaway. BBQ at your complex pool area or in the privacy of your patio and enjoy your home away from home.
This condo comes with it all including all-new cooks kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is large with a South Pacific theme. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with a beautiful modern silver/grey bedroom design. Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and the master has smart TV. Plus there is a half bath downstairs. The downstairs living room has large TV with external speaker and fireplace for ambiance in the fall and winter.
We provide beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, and all you need to relax. It's a short drive to upscale Newport Beach shopping at Fashion Island and close to the eclectic westside stores of Costa Mesa. Newport Harbor is nearby for paddleboard, kayaking, boating, and restaurants. Tons of places to rent all you need for watersports. Newport and Huntington Beaches are a short drive to park at Beach Parking. Downtown Huntington is a great place to spend a day exploring or go to Tuesday night Farmers Market and Taco Tuesday. Mariners Mile and world-class restaurants are only minutes away from your doorstep! Please ask for 15% discount if you book within 14 days of check-in date. We have to calculate for you.
VACATION HOSTESS: You will have a vacation hostess during your stay for any questions about the property or about the area. We enjoy helping others find their way around and making recommendations to our favorite restaurants and lots of fun things to do.
Our property is immaculately kept, well maintained, very clean, and allergen-free. Our back gate and front door now have ring door bells which have video recordings for your protection.

Property was great for our small family. Grounds and pool worked very well. The neighborhood itself is nice, it's a little off the beaten path but you're a 10-15min drive from all the action and the amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Stay
We stayed at this place for 10 days for our recent trip to Newport Beach. We really enjoyed many of the things about this place; quiet area, great walking paths, swiming pool and hot-tub area, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great hosts. We would definately recommend this place and would stay here in the future when we come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Our family loved our stay at this comfortable place. It is in a great location and close to so many things in the Newport Beach area. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with so many thoughtful things. We will definitely stay again next time we visit family in the area.

Perfect spot for couple or family of 4
We stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect for our family. They had everything you could think of but didn’t want to haul with you: beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, blender, 3 different sizes of plastic baggies, detergent to wash your clothes in the washer and dryer, etc. We used the pool and jacuzzi on site and it was very nice. There was plenty of lounge chairs and places for people to sit and eat, and even had a 2 bbq grills. We would definitely rent again!

Great staycation
We were bummed when our Cabo trip was cancelled and looked for a getaway. This was perfect. It was less than 45 minutes from home, easy access to the beach, and the property manager was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

A very nice, homey, clean stay in a cute area with lots of walking trails nearby and beautiful nature. It was peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed in the kitchen without any clutter. The nightstands had outlets right on the lamps. Prepared hosts in many ways, which we appreciate. Would stay again!

The condo is beautiful and clean, very comfortable and slept great. Great amenities, and host interaction and communication top notch. Walk (40min) or bike (20min) to the north part of Newport Beach. Quiet neighborhood, weather was perfect.

We stayed here in February 2023 and had a wonderful time. Karen and hostess Lauren were very proactive about communicating and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pool was fantastic and location ideal for heading to the beach and day trips to theme parks. The temperature was tricky to regulate during the colder days but we sorted it out eventually. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

The home was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 on vacation to California. The close proximity to the nature preserve and Newport Beach area made it that much better. What a great place!!
What a great place. It was in an ideal location to everything we had planned for the weekend (OC Fair and Beach) and close to the pool. It was clean and oh so comfortable for all of us. I/we can't say enough good things about this place. If we get the chance, we of course will be back. Highly recommend.
