Just 2 houses back from the boardwalk and sand, our location is ideal for travelers wanting a memorable vacation experience in Newport Beach. Here's what you'll find:

PETS:
Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Loved the location and the house was as described, comfortable and with all the necessities. It is well maintained and the property management was very helpful. Only note, it would be nice to have lounge chairs on the rooftop and more than the two beach chairs.

The location of this property was perfect. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store made it an ideal location for my trip with other family members staying nearby. The property is older, but it contained all the necessary beach needs. Having the garage space was so convenient, as street parking is hard to find. I didn’t mind the toilet and shower in the master at all. It was actually very convenient. The rooftop deck was very nice and private. I would rent this unit again if I was coming to the beach with a group. Very spacious.

Great location. The house is a little weird in that the master bedroom has a small bed that 2 people cannot sleep in comfortably, but it has the TV, a bathroom and a closet that was converted to a shower. So we (parents) gave this room to a kid and stayed in room with biggest bed. This is a house for 4 adults only if everyone wants comfort and not a crowded bathroom in the hall. Back bathroom hard to share. Kitchen is good although missing quite a few things if you actually want to cook. It is also different because it feels like there is no owner person who loves on this house. Not that this is a bad thing, just different from homes that have owner love on them. The first deck needs a new table desperately. We did have a great vacation here. Beach Realty was spot on with issues and communication and bringing bikes we rented.

The location was amazing. Super close to the grocery store and beach. Parking was hard but that’s everywhere in Newport so expect that wherever you go. The communication and checkin were flawless.

We really enjoyed our stay and love the location to the beach. Very close to great restaurants and very close to a grocery store. Very fun area! We loved the two decks especially the top deck. We were a bit bugged that it didn't have any kitchen supplies that you usually see in a short term rental. Like a few basic staples like sugar, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, salt and pepper, oil etc. There's crazy issues with parking if you have more than one car. Be sure that the items they list in the amenities are actually there, like a pack-n-play / crib that they make you pay extra for. That was irritating as well. Also, the primary bedroom has more of a 1/2 bath with a shower that steps out into the bedroom, not into the bathroom which was a bit odd. Overall we loved it!! Great place to stay!

Nice getaway
We are happy with the location and size of the rental. It was nice to bbq out on the patio and sun bathe on the rooftop. There was a lot of action and visitors in all the homes near us. Everyone was very friendly but some times people were a bit loud. You can walk to the beach in a minute and down to the pier and tons of local restaurants quickly. Having a closed garage was also nice.

We loved the location! We were just 2 houses back from the beach and could hear the waves. We loved the deck on top of the roof and the deck off the main floor. Our only regret was not having a television in only one of all three bedrooms. It has a dishwasher and beautiful big kitchen and living room area.

Three steps forward; two steps backwards.
We loved the location. It was very convenient to bike or walk the strand and get on sand. However, the property needs some adjustments. One is that whomever owns the Crown Vic in the garage could park it straight in and not on an angle. Two: There really is no Master Bedroom. The room with the shower in it is literally a shower in a bedroom, not a shower in a bathroom and it's the smallest bedroom in the place. The bedroom shower was used once; the rest of the time we shared the main bathroom. Three: The bedrooms are too small for queen or king size beds; two twins would be more practical. To accomodate our family of five, made up of three teenage boys who don't sleep together, I ordered a cot. The cot was never used because the only place it fit was in the living room and therefore it was just as easy for one of the teenagers to sleep on the couch. Four: There is a large patio upstairs that can give you a peek a boo view of the sunrise however there are no lights upstairs. If you decide to rent this property, bring a string of patio lights for upstairs. We used cell phone lights to light our path; the steps are short, narrow and slippery. On the upside, the kitchen seems new and was everything we needed. We had plenty of pillows, towels, and chairs for the beach. Many other people who left comments said that the location outweighed the setbacks. I wouldn't say that. I don't go on vacation to share a bathroom with teenagers. But that's just me.
