This four-bedroom, two-bath, upper-level condo of a two-home complex invites you into a gracious family room with a flat-screen HDTV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable cluster seating from which to enjoy it all.
A dining area for six and a modern well-furnished kitchen with updated appliances completes this great room that also has slider access to the outdoor patio.
There are four bedrooms, a king primary bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, a second king bedroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom that has three twin beds so this home comfortably sleeps nine in beds, max occupancy of 10.
These bedrooms share two modern bathrooms with a shower/tub combination. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your every comfort.
Other amenities include one garage parking space, WiFi, and cable.

With the largest recreational harbor on the west coast, Newport Beach activities are abundant. Visitors can choose aquatic adventures from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding. Art walks, wine tastings, tours, live entertainment, and cultural venues can easily fill up your itinerary.
Create lasting memories in this idyllic beach town with breathtaking seaside cliffs, and harbor front promenades. And you may also find yourself leaving with the desire to return to this beautiful slice of paradise.
With the condo's ideal location, it's easy to get to the surf and sand, and equally as easy to get to the boardwalk, the pier, as well as to grocery stores, shops, and places to rent equipment if needed. It is right on the boardwalk just a short walk to the ocean. You can bring that beach energy to your private patio and continue to enjoy your seaside vacation at home.
This home is not far from freeway access in the event that you wish to go north or south to visit any of the many world-class attractions such as Disneyland, SeaWorld, etc. This is a great place to stay for a family with kids.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
