Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

Great one BR location
We stayed here for three weeks and it was great. Everything was neat, clean and as advertised. One block off PCH made quick shopping and restaurants an easy walk.

This is an excellent place to stay. Has everything we needed and some extras. Location is ideal in a very nice neighborhood. Safe for walking anytime day or night. The manager really made us feel at home. I expect we will be back!

Fantastic location and close to everything the beach community had to offer.

Wonderful place to stay
From booking the reservation to the last minute of the stay, everything was wonderful. Colleen is a wonderful owner who helped us adjust the the weekend stay at her property. The place was very clean, welcoming, charming and very relaxing with beautiful little terrace to enjoy the views of the neighborhood. Colleen's upstairs one-bedroom villa is very clean and well equipped. She is quite pleasant and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the closet space is great. It is also conveniently located to great dining and shopping.

Our family of 3 spent a week at this perfect little apartment in a great location. Close to amazing beaches, restaurants and shopping. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Only 25 minutes to Disneyland. Colleen has thought of everything; we felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay.

We Loved our Stay
We really enjoyed our stay, the accomodations were lovely, she even left out some snacks for us. It was very quiet and we were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker microwave, all the pots, pans, glasses, cups and utensils. There was a patio and a barbeque. It was very close to the beach about a 2 minute drive. The beach was gorgeous. There were alot of fun dining places near by. Coleen was a great host. We definately would stay there again.
