Our oceanfront Newport Beach vacation home is a relaxing and lush oasis, with artistically detailed furnishings, murals, etched glass, and comfort throughout. The highly-coveted pier to pier location and spectacular Pacific Ocean views make this home a memorable destination that draws vacationers back year after year!

Interior French doors provide privacy between the sitting area and spacious bedroom suite, which includes:

EXTRA SLEEPING:
Two twin tri-fold floor mats (best suited for children), a fold-out couch, plus extra linens/pillows, are provided to accommodate a total of 8 maximum guests. Extra rollaway twin beds are available for rent as a better option for adults. Make arrangements in advance with our office to enable delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Front & Side Patio Areas: Provide the best entertainment of all: plentiful sightings of dolphins, various species of migrating whales and other wonderful sea life can be viewed just off-shore any time of year. Likewise, watching the human world go by along the boardwalk throughout the day is a favorite past-time as well. The patio serves as grand central for guests' outdoor activities:

PARKING:
Two spaces along the property's private side driveway/parking strip, which can accommodate all size vehicles. There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered and pay-station.
LAUNDRY:
- Shared, free washer/dryer facilities are located in the rear garage.
- Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
- (There are two long term lease studio apartments at the rear of this property. Garage parking is designated for studio tenant use only. Laundry facilities are shared with studio tenants).
LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
