The property is clean, well appointed, very cute and great location. You're near the ferry, Fun Zone and ocean. Communication with manager was spot on. The rooftop deck was great. We got rain during our stay, but that can't be helped. We would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

Amazing property. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived! We loved the small touches that made the stay so enjoyable such as extra towels and beach towels. The rooftop deck was so comfortable. Treehouse Views!
The upper view level is extraordinary and makes for a wonderful getaway. Great BBQ. The kitchen was extra nice with all you need. Just a fun place to stay and so close to the beach and ferry.

Wonderful vacation home in Newport Beach!
We truly enjoyed our stay here! This Home is well maintained and upgraded, very clean, and was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is Walking distance to beaches, the location is great! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the balcony was amazing to enjoy evenings with my family. We will definitely stay here again! Great vacation spot!

New Years Staycation
This property was excellent. My mother was able to rent the unit below. Having garage parking was great, and the location was wonderful. Easy walks to the pier, lots of restaurants, fun zone annd Ferry etc. The rooftop is a hard to find perk. Highly recommend would love to stay again.

Great entertaining house at the beach
This is a great, modern house about a block from the beach. The 3rd floor patio is awesome, the kids wanted to spend most of their time up there. The living space is comfortable, and the location is about a 5-minute walk to the sand (with kids). I would highly recommend booking here and I will definitely look to stay here again next time.

We absolutely loved where the house was located being walking distance to the bay and to the beach! The house was clean and perfect for the 4 of us and our little dog. The roof top hang out area was my favorite part! I would definitely say here again.

Awesome Rooftop Patio
Very comfortable place that we looked forward to returning to each night. Beds are comfortable, very clean, neighborhood is quiet, nice to have a garage. The rooftop patio is the prefect place to relax in the sun or be protected from the rain. No games, Keurig coffee maker.

Great location. Great for two couples. Air conditioning was appreciated. It could use some new paint and better mattresses. But even though, it was clean. The washer and dryer was also convenient. We would stay again.

Perfect for Memorial Weekend with Friends
This house was perfect for Memorial Weekend with a few friends. The rooftop patio is spectacular, we were able to hangout and watch the basketball game on the huge tv (and there is a heater for the evening time). I would definitely book this again when in town. Thank you very much to the host!

We can’t wait to return!
We have stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the cleanest! Everything seemed nearly new and the beds were really clean and comfortable. The roof deck was huge and had everything you could want. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach or to the harbor and the fun zone area. The hosts were kind and quick to respond. You won’t regret booking this place!

I loved this place
We loved our stay and hated to leave. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in awhile. They had a well stocked kitchen. Much better than VACASA and Arbnb. I wish the weather would have been nicer, so we could have used the cool rooftop patio. The garage is small, but still accommodated our minivan.

Let me start by saying...location, location, location....clean as can be and super relaxing setup...classy low key vibe. We honestly loved everything about our stay. You are between the bay and the beach, great deli market around the corner to walk to. Fabulous restaurants & bars close by. Walkable to Balboa Fun Center, Piers for Balboa or Newport Beach, we rented electric bikes to cruise around on. Honestly, the rooftop deck is the highlight with a fire pit and grill. We chose to eat out the whole time, but you would have no problem cooking here and they also had extra spices. I also loved the plants and flowers outside...you will not be disappointed!!

This rental was very clean and tidy. The 2nd shower was backing up a bit, expected with all the tourists not washing the sand off before getting in the shower. Overall, I would love to stay here again! Location, location, location. Thank you Stefanie!
