Only 2 houses from the sand, our downstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath family beach home is perfect for your family getaway in California?s vibrant beach environment, any time of the year! Our property is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport, with restaurants, parks, coffee shop, mini mart and more, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the clean ocean air and avoid the crowds; roam the beach or retire to your private secluded yard for a family cookout. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Leather sectional sofa

- Sliding glass door out to the private rear patio

- Dining table w/ seating for 10

KITCHEN:

- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

- Bedroom #3: 1 Full bed; 1 Twin trundle bed

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!

ALSO:
The upstairs 2 bedroom/1.5 bath accommodation (Unit B) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate extra family or business guests on the whole property. See separate listing or contact our office for more details.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
