Great location, clean and comfortable
Awesome location, clean, updated, comfortable. Alley area had a lot of flies because of trash cans and the bathroom old style glass slats allowed flies inside. Also, LOUD construction first thing Friday AM. Not the end of the world, but it would’ve been nice to have had a heads up on construction literally right out our window. Overall, we would definitely stay here again for the location, garage parking, and comfortable, updated cottage.

Wonderful clean 2bdr near beach
This cottage/2 bedroom house was perfect for our weekend vacation at the beach. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. Close to great restaurants, the beach is only a 5 minute walk and several other beaches just a short drive away. The host was very friendly!

Perfect Cottage in Perfect Location
My wife and I spent several days at this wonderful cottage. Very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, cozy property. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and many excellent food establishments. Communication from property owner was superb, ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this property again.

Not a long enough weekend!
We came down from Utah to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. It was the perfect location. We walked to the beach and rode bikes on the boardwalk. The unit is beautiful and clean. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great looking property with good renovations in kitchen and bath. Property manager was excellent in communication. Definitely needs a new bed in the master bedroom, but otherwise had everything we needed. Thank you June!

Great house. Great location.
Really fun little house which was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the loft and the house was outfit nicely. And it was so close to the beach! Garage is hard to park in (really tight) and someone poorly parked across the alley blocked us one evening from even trying but street parking worked fine. Overall a great rental.

Perfect place to stay in Newport Beach!
Our family stayed in this sweet cottage for five nights in July. We loved the location. It was close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Being able to use the kitchen was such a blessing! My boys loved the bunk beds and the loft upstairs. There were beach toys and boogie boards available to use. I highly recommend this property.
