Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1700 sq. ft., 2-story town home in a great area where you can easily enjoy getting into the mix of what beach side living is really like. This home has its beautiful great room upstairs with 2 of its 3 bedrooms downstairs. So, starting at the top - you will enjoy a pool table in the large living room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV for you to enjoy!
There is a large dining area for 6 right next to the living room, and a large, bright modern kitchen with a garden window and a gourmet gas stove. The kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone, including a barbecue on a balcony right next to it.
The queen master bedroom is also upstairs, it has a large closet and there is a large, remodeled bath on this floor as well. There is also a front patio on the ground floor.
Downstairs there are 2 large queen bedrooms and a large shared full bath with a shower/tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds when the queen sofa bed is used.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer, and parking in the attached 2-car garage, which you can park in front of too, when needed.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!
It is an easy walk to the ferry, the Balboa Fun Zone, great restaurants, and shopping.
The Newport Peninsula is known for its beautiful weather and its great selection of water and land-based activities - with easy rentals if you wish to try something new!
It is just a short walk to the long sandy beach where it is highly likely you will see amazing sunsets or at least the ever-changing colors of the evening sky.
Freeway access is near, so you can easily drive north or south for about an hour and enjoy the world-class attractions in either the Greater Los Angeles or San Diego areas.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home's living area is on the 2nd floor so it may not be suitable for everyone.
This home is equipped with surveillance equipment as required by local city ordinance.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
