Wonderful Stay
Not only was our stay excellent - the home was charming and comfortable, with everything as pictured and such a smooth check-in process - but Ryan was also incredibly friendly and helpful. He was willing to be flexible to accommodate our travel needs and was very responsive and obliging. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again!

Home away from home
I loved my stay at this property. It felt like a home away from home. Great decor and spacious, comfy couch and the bed was so comfortable. The outdoor space was great too and we enjoyed our morning tea on the deck and dinners in the evening. Easy 15 minute walk to historic Newnan for restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Renovated Bungalow
Cute place! Quiet area and a small patch of grass for the dog! Nice deck in the back. Very close to the historic section of town. Owner is helpful and friendly.

Communications with the property owner was extremely difficult due to their automated response system which only recognizes specific words and phrases. After several email messages the morning of check in, I finally received a call from Ryan's office and was provided check in information. This is why I have rated the home the way I did. The home is as pictured and was very comfortable and is located close to downtown Newnan.

Everything was as advertised. The house was comfy and clean. I can’t recall if a hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but was wishing they had one. Good location. Near downtown Newnan.

We loved our stay in this little home! I took my kids to the area so we could see the location sites where TWD and Stranger Things were filmed. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, the house was perfect for the 3 of us. My kids and I all would recommend this house and Ryan to anyone!

Clean and Simple
The manager was very thorough and understanding. The room were very clean and accommodating making it easy to settle in after a long day of work. Recommend this for anyone who loves the area because the location is good too so you can go into town but still be in a nice area without hustle and bustle.

The interior is nicely updated, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional - very nice to have a full bath for each bedroom! We were staying for one night for business, so we didn't really use any of the kitchen, so I can't speak to how well any of the appliances work or how nice the plates, cookware, etc. are. The only criticism would be the neighborhood. It might make less worldly travelers uncomfortable. The neighborhood looks like it's being renewed, but isn't 100% there yet.

Better than a Hotel
My family and I had to come to Newnan for a short trip and enjoyed staying at the Blue Skies Home. We didn’t want to be restricted to a hotel room. This home had a large porch to sit on and soak up some sun. The inside of the house was styled and decorated with modern designs. The kitchen appliances and sink were all very nice. It had two bathrooms that were well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. The water pressure was great in the shower. We really enjoyed relaxing in this home away from home. For breakfast, our host suggested Christy’s Cafe. It was a home converted into a restaurant in downtown with good food. Overall, it was a great stay for an unexpected visit to Newnan.
