Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, Ford Farm Lodges is a small, family run park situated in a lovely, secluded area with a stream running by. A superb touring base, it is just 20 minutes’ drive from Hereford, Ledbury, Gloucester and the Malverns, with the Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds also nearby. Just 2 miles away is the attractive town of Newent, whilst close by are numerous golf courses, fishing facilities and tennis.. Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Extreme poor communication
No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!!
