"Property is located in a great location - approx 5 minute walk to Four Mile Beach, the Main Street or the Marina. The room was spacious with 2 balconies. The main balcony had a spacious day bed. The kitchen well stocked and the bed comfortable. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun beds. "

"This was my second stay at Niramaya Resort and I will be returning. Niramaya Resort is near perfect in my opinion. The accommodations, the restaurant and the staff are all exceptional. The only negative was the air-conditioning in the villa we stayed in. In all 3 bedrooms it was too noisy to sleep with it on."

"Loved the pools - some heated and some now - also long enough to actually do laps in! The rooms were generously sized with good air con and fans. Beds pretty comfy (not the pillows) and having outdoor or indoor eating spaces were great - loved the BBQ area, so nice and clean. Parking very easy and accessible, staff at front desk very helpful. Only thing I didn't like was because the balconies all faced inwards, there was a lot of echoing off the walls and you could hear everyone else talking and eating on their balconies. Nice and quite at night though once in bed."
