"The room was spacious. Floors throughout seemed clean but sticky. Coffee was good, breakfast was so so. From valet, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew - the staff was amazing! "

"The hotel itself was fine. Great bed and room was comfortable, could use a bit more cleaning and updating. Front desk staff person( I assume a seasoned professional)could use sensitivity training for guests that arrive from a long travel(we drove 250 miles to visit a family member ill in the hospital). Also, 39.00 to park(guess that is cheap in Pittsburgh?). Staff at the restaurant pleasant, food just ok. Possibly open earlier for travelers that would like a meal before 5 PM? All in all, fine...

"Although this property is downtown, it is so quiet. It also offers so many healthy and yummy choices for breakfast. The property was at walking distance of so many attractions.The staff are caring and professional. I will stay there again if I go to Pittsburg again."

"The hotel had good hours for the pool, nice and clean, overall. It had a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were a good size. I would consider returning. The only, but most important downside, was how rude the front desk assistant were. Two of them specifically. "The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the facet in bathroom of the room we stayed. The facet was too close to the back of the sink and it knob needs to be cleaned out because it sprayed all different directions. "
