In the first spacious Master bedroom, you will find a double bed, side tables with lamp, and a clothes hanging and storage rack.

The second bedroom also contains a double bed, side tables with lamp, and a clothes hanging and storage rack.

The Lounge has work desk ( With Ethernet Cable) , 2 Sofas, ironing facilities and the Smart TV.

There is one newly refurbished bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a Bath Tub with Shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron (with an iron board) and clothes drying rack are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are allocated on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for each Guest checking in at this apartment, unless if you are working under a Contract locally or checking in as a family with young children.

Photo and address ID'S (Contract details if applicable) will be required before check-in and on arrival for each individual staying with us.

The preauthorization of £250 on your card for any Extras or Damages to the apartment or its furnishings will be taken up to 7 days before check in date.

PREAUTHORISATION FUNDS WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT,
They will be blocked within your account for the duration of your stay.
THESE FUNDS WILL BE UN BLOCKED after 7 DAYS OF checkout.
