The kitchen is fully equipped with fresh quartz topped bespoke hand painted wooden cupboards, fridge freezer, integrated dish washer and electric oven and induction hob. There is a built in concealed laundry station with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
To the first floor the comfortable King Size bed is located in the mezzanine hay loft space which has original exposed stone work and sloping beamed ceilings. There is a smart t.v. in the bedroom area.
Perhaps the highlight of the upper space is the impressively spacious and stylish open beamed bathroom which has black and white Victorian style chequerboard floor tiles, a large free standing bathtub, dressing table, drawers and small wardrobe space. Opening from the bathroom into a partially separate area is a shower unit (sitting or standing) a vanity unit with sink and a w.c.
All electric heaters are individually thermostatically controlled and we would ask you to leave at the pre- set temperature wherever possible.

Location
High Callerton is a charming stone built hamlet originally dating back to the mid- 18th Century. Callerton Hall remains as a private residence and The Old Stables adjoins Coach House which combined once, many years ago provided carriage storage and stabling for the Hall.
1.5 Miles from Ponteland – (5 minute drive and 15-20 minute walk) which has a great variety of coffee shops, restaurants (Bistro, Chinese, Indian, Italian and Persian to name but a few, several good pubs offering high quality food and drinks, a wine bar and also a micro- brewery or two.
There is a lovely park to stroll in with the River Pont flowing through.
