The property is a first floor maisonette flat on a row of terraced houses. It has on-street parking. The property consists of a large living room and two well-sized bedrooms. A bathroom has a stand alone bath and a good sized walk in shower. The kitchen is a good usable size with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and small breakfast bar.

Guests will have access to the entire space.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This property requires a £200 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
