Enjoy this cosy 2 bedroom flat, an ideal place to stay for anyone working away or anyone wanting to be close to the coast. This property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with ample on street parking. It has its own private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ and has been styled throughout. It really does have it all: space, style, and location!

The property is a ground floor maisonette flat with its own private garden and on street parking. Consisting of a large living room and two well-sized bedrooms. A bathroom with P shape bath and overhead shower and a small kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Located 5 minutes from Seaton Sluice beach and harbour, this property is well connected to the surrounding towns of Whitley Bay and Blyth. This house is the ideal place to stay for work or trips to the Northumberland coast. Tucked away next to Holywell Dene, the area is quiet and offers lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. If travelling by car, then the street is quiet and there is lots of space to park to the rear of the property.

Property in good location for reaching coast, newcastle etc. Property could do with updating, lick of paint, new sofa, new or clean fridge would all help.

Area was very pleasant & quiet & we were able to park close to the property. Unfortunately 1st impressions were not great with the back garden being a bit unkempt. Entered the property via the back door into the kitchen then into the living room. The pictures on the website were more flattering than the reality. The flat could do with a deep clean & walls & woodwork painted. Seating in lounge was not very comfortable & could do with clean also. Fridge had not been cleaned & a few out of date food items from May 2024 (our stay was the end of June) were still on the top shelf so cleaning was obviously not done before our arrival. Water in bottom of salad compartment of fridge?? Bathroom window does not close properly as hinges faulty. No smoke alarms in the property that I could see. Disappointing.
