There is remediation work occurring at this property currently on the outside of the building only. The view of this apartment will be slightly impacted until approximately 20 December 2024, with scaffolding is erected on the front of this building, covered in sheer mesh. You can see through the mesh. Please see the photos on the listing.
There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced between 7am and 5pm weekdays.
Expected completion of work is April 2025. No workers on site from 20 Dec 2024 - 6 Jan 2025.
