Spectacular Beachfront Villa with Pool: Nevis Palm

Nevis Palm Villa's incredible location and spectacular views are just a few of the many reasons why people return to this spacious and comfortable villa year after year.

Watch the ocean from the veranda, take a dip in the pool or open the garden gate onto a beautiful secluded beach perfect for a swim, snorkel (keep an eye out for turtles!) or simply relax in the sun watching the pelicans dive for their dinner! Boasting a healthy number of palm trees you can take your pick of fresh coconuts.

Nevis Palm is set up to take care of all your needs. The open-air veranda is a great space for relaxation, dining and socialising whilst looking out over the garden and ocean. Abundant in a variety of native plants the garden encourages frequent visits from the likes of hummingbirds, crabs and kites.

The newly refurbished pool deck makes a refreshing addition as the perfect spot to cool off from the heat of the day. The loungers offer a comfortable spot to star gaze in evening. Rinse off from your swim with the convenient outdoor shower and wash your feet off at the tap located directly outside the veranda door.

Inside there is a large living, dining and sitting area with furniture upholstered by local businesses for a more authentic Nevisian-style stay. Alongside a fully equipped kitchen.

The four spacious bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with two king size beds and two twin rooms, with the ability to convert both of these into doubles. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, fans and AC with ensuite shower rooms. Pack light knowing that fresh linens and both beach and shower towels are provided.

Nevis Palm is a prime location being only a short drive to some of the best bars, restaurants and other attractions on the island. Peruse our local favourites in the villas helpful guidebook.

We recommend renting a car to fully explore what the wonderful island has to offer. We are happy to help with details of this and arrange delivery to the house.

Transfers to and from St Kitts or Nevis airport to the house can be arranged.

Our dedicated manager will meet and greet you upon your arrival to the villa and can look after your local needs. Additionally, we provide a daily maid service allowing you to experience the privacy of a villa with the convenience of a hotel stay.

The owner of the property has been visiting Nevis since the late 1970's and has a wealth of knowledge on the island and its opportunities. Happy to help arrange or suggest any excursions you may be interested in.

Delightful
We had a very relaxing stay; this is a quaint little home with plenty of room for 4 adults! The best room in the house is the screened porch!!!!

Gem of a location
We spent 3 weeks at Nevis Palm. Loved the house and pool. Easy stroll down to the beach. The hosts were very attentive to all of our needs. Nevis has maintained its Carribean authenticity. It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.

Beautiful property on the beach. View was amazing.
We enjoyed lounging by the pool and hearing the ocean waves. The home had everything we needed! It was nice having Nisbet Plantation next door as well. Enjoyed dinner at the Great House and breakfast/lunch/cocktails at the restaurant on the beach. Felt very safe and Suzanne was super helpful in answering questions. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely Palm garden, lawn to the beach and sea
The property does not read brand new but it is very nice and clean and the location cannot be beat! A nice sized pool, attention to grounds and pool. Has a nice comfortable Caribbean feel. Very good view of the sea.

Beautiful Beach & Relaxing Stay!
Property is as described - cute cottage with 4 bedrooms and en suite baths to made it super comfortable for our two families (including 4 teenagers!) to hang out and have a relaxing trip. Highlights are the gorgeous screened in porch where we whittled away hours enjoying meals, reading and the heat. and the beautiful beach that you can stare at from the house or go lay in while you swim in the ocean right at the edge of the lawn. With the neighboring resort closed, it is practically a private beach - great fun!

Nevis Palm was the Perfect Location!
Our family really loved this beach home & location! It was great to work with the owner Mark, that has all taken care of with Bonnie, that stocked our fridge and more, and Jeanette that cleans daily. Such a relaxing trip & restful! Not many rental beach cottages on this island like this, that have your own pool that overlooks the ocean with screened in porch with perfect location . Favorite dinner at Goldenrock, and Miles with sunset cruise with yatch Frisky.

Peaceful, private, perfect
The sound of waves, swaying palm fronds, and goats as you relax by the warm pool makes for a perfect first day. The spacious screened porch has comfortable couches and a dining table to accommodate everyone. The beach is empty and the ocean is warm. Look out to St. Kitts, the open ocean, or Nevis Peak while enjoying the gentle waves. Restaurants far exceeded expectations. We did one excursion per day and spent the rest of the time at the house. The huge bedrooms were perfect for some alone time, and having a cleaner come daily was a real treat. Great local tomatoes and small bananas at the fruit stand down the road. All on-island support was excellent, and owner was very helpful making transportation arrangements for us.

Nevis beachfront house
This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. The screened in porch and pool were lifesavers as we visited during the "hot" season. We loved our "visitors" every day - from goats to sheep to donkeys grazing next door. Many thanks to Bonnie for arranging our transportation to and from the island, as well as the car rental (totally necessary) - it was so smooth and took a lot of stress off of us trying to figure it out on our own. Thank you, Mark, for sharing your slice of paradise with us - we will never forget it and would love to return one day. If anyone is considering staying at Nevis Palm, don't hesitate - you'll love it!

Well-Kept Home, Great Location
Nevis Palms was exactly what we were hoping for! Cute beach house, fully appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The breezes off the ocean were soothing at night and kept us cool and comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect for meals and relaxing without getting bit by bugs—but there really weren’t any bugs to speak of anyway. There are a lot of goats, sheep and donkeys that roam freely on the island and that was fun to watch from the yard. The northern location was nice for breezes and was close enough to get places by car either direction on the island. There was a convenient gas station/mini mart nearby and the town of Brick Kiln had a fun little place to hang out at night. We would definitely return to the location and Nevis was simply magical.

Magnificent
This place is a jewel of you want beautiful views and ultimate relaxation. The screened porch is fabulous and the pool was so relaxing. Everything is very private and quiet. A car is a must have to get to all the wonderful restaurants and Carribean side. Bananas, The Yachtsman Grill, Sunshine, The Rocks and On the Dune are fabulous. Get groceries at Horsman(sp?) You can golf and use Four Seasons amenities too. Thank you to Mark, Bonnie and Jeanette for the trip of a lifetime. We traveled with a 10 month old and the house was perfect. We loved watching the goat herds every morning. I recommend doing the private transfers from the airport to the house. Arrange with Tony Tyrell.

carefree vacation in a peaceful spotless villa on a gorgeous beach
We loved our holiday at Nevis Palm! Mark is an excellent host - he made our trip carefree and wonderful! We appreciated his prompt and helpful responses to our questions and requests. He kindly pre-arranged transportation for us from the airport right to the cottage (taxi, ferry, and rental car) complete with friendly, helpful guides. We immediately fell in love with the villa - it's peaceful, charming, and spotless, located on waterfront, on a spectacular beach, and an easy walk to an excellent restaurant. The island of Nevis is low key, inland replete with free-wandering goats and donkeys, shoreline occupied by pelicans and shorebirds. Great place for hanging out with friends or family on the beach or around the pool, or for wandering the beach and reading. The botanical garden (a short drive away) is excellent. In all, it's hard to imagine a more relaxing time away from home! I recommend a stay at Nevis Palm to people who want a low key vacation - no time pressure, little structure, simple joys. I would be happy to return. Thanks Mark!

Such a lovely beach front villa. Spacious with a verandah looking down to the sea, pool, and garden
The property is surprisingly spacious with great views from the bedrooms and a verandah where you can sit and look down to the sea. There is a great pool with loungers and a lovely garden going down to the beach. Great beach for sunrise and sunset walks and watching the diving pelicans. It’s a benefit being near to Nisbet Plantation hotel for the beach bar and fabulous beach bbq on Thursday evening, dancing under the stars. There is so much to do.. beach walks, forest walks, snorkelling and scuba diving, with plenty of restaurants to visit for delicious seafood and rum punch. Nevis has a great atmosphere, with friendly people and this villa is ideally placed in close proximity to many of the best places on the island. A magical and relaxing villa, where we had a wonderful holiday

Great Beach House
Short walk to the beach. Property is near the Nevis Plantation complex. Friendly owner helped us out with transportation logistics getting to the island from St. Kitts. Electrical outlets in the house are 110v, regular U.S.-style receptacles.

Beautiful location, snorkeling beach, felt safe, house very nice but could use updates. Relaxing
The location is right next to Nisbet plantation so you can use the beach bar and dine at their facilities. House is on Northeast side of island so beach is nice and sandy but gets rocky a few feet in at places. Great for snorkeling(I saw a huge stingray), but not too great for playing near shore as there are a lot of sea urchins and you don't want to step on them. Some locals say they catch lobster but you have to venture out near the reef (per the locals). The home itself is very nice with a great breeze which is very relaxing at night. There is AC in two bedrooms. There is occasional issue with hot water although surprisingly this did not bother us as it was nice to cool off in a luke warm shower. Some of the windows needed to be held open with boards, but again this did not bother us. The house is secure with good locks and bars on the windows so that you can leave them open at night and feel secure and enjoy the great breeze. I mention all the above in case someone expects an "opulent luxury home", this is not. This is a great beachfront home and a great place to relax, walk the beach, read, cook, drink, recharge the batteries. The pool is nice. Nevis is a unique island with free roaming cows, goats, donkeys and monkeys. If you are caucasian, you will be a minority on the island but, the people are very friendly. During the daytime we always felt safe venturing out, unlike some other islands(Jamaica). My wife and I and our three daughters had one of the best vacations ever here. Nisbet and the surrounding area is not crowded. This was a pleasant and unique adventure for our family and we would vacation here again.

A Place With All You Need For a Great Vacation
We usually stay in a hotel on Nevis; this time we went with this house and it lived up to all our expectations. It is extremely livable. If you are like us, you will spend a lot of time on the screened porch which is several degrees cooler than the house (except for the bedrooms with AC) and is just built for total relaxation. There is plenty of furniture on the porch including a table and chairs for meals (there is also a large dining table inside the house) and you are just steps from the pool. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off in and features several lounge chairs. You can see and hear the ocean from the porch; prepare to nod off blissfully. The beach is very broad and usually has a nice breeze. Since it is on the "Atlantic" side, there are waves. Even so, a very short walk takes you to areas with more "sedate" water. As others have noted, you can set up a tab with Nisbet making it very easy to get drinks, lunch, etc. Inside the house, the fridge is newish and features door dispensed ice. The kitchen has all the utensils and silverware you will need. The stove is gas. Unlike some places on Nevis, here, we never ran out of hot water during showers. And, you get housekeeping service 5 days a week and she does an excellent job! You also have the benefit of a proper manager should any issues arise. When our AC had a problem, she got it fixed for us promptly. All in all, we would definitely recommend Nevis Palm and would definitely stay there again!

A great base for a great holiday
Thanks for providing such a terrific villa and all of the logistical help to get there and to find our way around. These made it quite easy for us to enjoy the many wonderful things that Nevis has to offer. We hope to make it back one day and will certainly look into Nevis Palms again.

Fabulous - with the beach on doorstep, loved walks
We were concerned that the house wouldn't live up to expectations but we needn't have worried. The location and layout were just as described. We could walk to the beach and the great beach bar/restaurant at Nisbet. Jeanette kept the house immaculately clean for us and the house manager Bonnie could not have been more helpful in making recommendations for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea within close proximity of all the amenities that you might want for. Looking forward to going back in the future. For romantic dinner look no further than Golden Rock. For diving check out Scuba Safari/Dive Nevis. Try and hike to the source from golden rock. You won't be disappointed. We never managed the peak. Best rum punch - difficult to decide. They are all so good and different. Will have to return to test again.

A truly excellent home from home holiday
From the moment we arrived to the time we left we could find no fault with Nevis Palm. The description of the property was accurate. The house was very clean - swept and mopped daily. We were met by the house manager and familiarised with the house and island. She was available whenever we needed her and provided excellent tips on what to see and do on the island. Daily maid service made for a very relaxing vacation and left us to get on with enjoying the island. We enjoyed early morning walks along the beach towards Newcastle (going left) or towards Long Haul Bay (going right) and spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling in front of the house. Having Nisbet Plantation Beach club "next door" was so convenient; we set up an account and thereafter were able to sign for drinks and lunches on the beach. There are lots of great restaurants and bars to sample and it's worth renting a car/jeep while there - this was pre-arranged by the owner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nevis Palm - whether a party/family of 8 or as in our case a family of 5 - plenty of space and lots for everyone to do.

Fabulous beach front villa
What a wonderful time we had at Nevis Palm. From the moment we got into our taxi outside St Kitts airport and were driven to a boat taxi just 15 minutes away ( both arranged through the owner) which whisked us over the bay to Nevis, we were entranced by the natural beauty and charm of this Caribbean jewel of an island. And waiting for us at our destination was the wonderful beach front villa, Nevis Palm. Lovely, light, spacious villa with a fabulous verandah where we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the sea. My favourite spot is at the other end of the verandah where you can sit and relax watching the sea and the palm trees gently swaying in the cooling breeze. The beach is at the bottom of the garden and so swimming and snorkelling a mere stroll away. There are beautiful beach walks to both sides of the villa with more places to snorkel and we even caught a lobster for our supper! There is also a lovely pool with sun loungers on the decking, perfect for sunbathing and reading. Inside, the villa is bright and clean with pretty bedrooms and good bathrooms (with showers) and a kitchen with bar overlooking the sitting room. There is also a dining area inside but I preferred to eat on the verandah. We were very well looked after by Jeanette who comes to clean the villa daily, Monday to Friday, and also does washing in the adjoining laundry room. The Nisbet Plantation Hotel is next door and has a great beach bar where you can also get lunch and there is an unmissable beach BBQ on Thursday evenings, with a band and dancing under the stars. Other restaurants to enjoy are at Golden Rock, Montpelier, the Hermitage and at more casual places such as Sunshines, Double Deuce and Lime Bar all at one end of Pinneys Beach. The interior of the island is lush and green with beautiful trees, plants and flowers. Go to the Botannical Gardens to see all the many types of palms and then walk in the forest tracking to the Source or up to Montravers an old plantation site. Shopping is easy at Rams supermarket outside Charlestown but you can also stop at the roadside to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also a few places to buy fresh fish - snapper, mahi-mahi or wahu. All delicious and so fresh. I would recommend Nevis Palm as a perfect place to stay.

Nevis Palm
What a wonderful property, on a truly glorious island. The house is in the perfect location with direct access & views of the beach and right next to Nisbet Plantation Hotel (which means you can ask to have access to all the facilities, open an account at the start of your stay and pay on departure). The Nisbet beach bar is a 2 minute walk and is the perfect place to chill, have lunch and enjoy wonderful cocktails. We hired a car (essential) so that we could visit restaurants and bars during the evening and different beaches during the day. All of them are within a very short drive, after all Nevis is exactly a big island. The house itself is ideal, comfortable and clean (it comes with daily maid service, and a gardener and pool man visit as necessary). All of them are very cheerful and helpful. The veranda is perfect with views of the sea, and it is a great place to sit for breakfast & dinner, playing cards etc and there are comfortable sofas and arm chairs if you just want to read a book or fall to sleep. The pool is great for colling off, and offers a truly peaceful spot for sunbathing. The beach (which is as you would imagine a caribbean beach) takes about 30 seconds to walk to and offers fantastic bathing as well as snorkelling. Overall I cannot fault Nevis Palm if you are looking for a place to just relax.
