This freshly built, two story, townhouse boasts open living areas, a modern kitchen with a sense of soul and two spacious bedrooms. Including a private outdoor living setting for the perfect relaxing afternoon, as well as a fully equipped bathroom, and ensuite.

The first bedroom, housing a queen bed supplied with fresh, crisp linen, includes a built in robe, and a ceiling fan to cool down those hot summer nights. Featuring modern venetian blinds, a perfect blend of privacy and letting in those afternoon rays.

The Master bedroom, with its exceptional size, is outfitted with a full walk in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite. Furnished with a queen bed, supplied with crisp linen, and comfortable pillows for a great night's sleep.

The living room also features a fold-out sofa bed - perfect for additional guests!

This home sports an exceptional full kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, stone benchtops and ample storage. Enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table, or a night of baking with the exceptional oven and stove top.
