Whether you are looking for accommodation for a concert, a corporate getaway or if you are getting family together for a fun weekend in our cool coastal city, this property has everything you need.

In a quiet residential street, but still just 10 minutes from the CBD and Newcastle’s gorgeous beaches, this huge home is convenient, comfortable and full stocked with all the extras!

This five-bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 11 guests, has a brilliant array of sleeping arrangements so everyone is catered for and comfortable. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and work station, as well as access to the balcony. A third bedroom also has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains two single beds. The fifth and final bedroom is a great spot for the kids with a triple bunk – single on top, double on the bottom – and plenty of room for them to spread out and play!

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for post-game feasts or a quick brekky before you head out to explore Newcastle and the Hunter region. There is an oven and cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans and a dishwasher for a quick clean up!

A dining space off the kitchen has plenty of room for all, with a three-seater breakfast bar and five-person dining table, as well as a couple of comfy arm chairs. In a separate lounge room, with access to the balcony, there is a corner chaise lounge, separate armchair and smart TV with Netflix when it is time to chill or to keep the kids entertained while the adults share a glass of wine and a chat. There is also a private backyard for the fur babies to run and the kids to play.

The house has reverse cycle, split system air conditioning and ceiling fans for temperature control and your comfort. The modern bathroom and additional toilet are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper for your convenience. A laundry is available and supplied with washing detergent if you need to do a load of washing or throw the beach towels through the washer and dryer at the end of a day on the water. Windows are dressed with block out curtains and blinds for privacy and perhaps a sleep in after a big night out! The property also has off-street parking and abundant free on-street parking. Please note, the garage is not available for use during your stay with us.

The property was spacious with plenty of bedrooms,a second toilet and large/modern fridge which were it's best assets.The property needs some maintenance improvements though:1. The front security screen door was a major concern as the door strike is broken meaning no effective security door.2. Sunken floor spot just outside the bathroom door3. Needs some towel rails and hooks in the bathroom4. Missing flyscreens on some of the windows5. On a hot day the split A/C unit only effectively cools the front two rooms - really needs another unit, suggest at the other end of the hallwayAlso the cleaning needs to be better as under the beds was not clean and also cockroaches were in the kitchen.Generally the accommodation was acceptable, but needs some maintenance to make it more enjoyable experience.RegardsGerard
