Rooms are above the pub, so close to food and drinks, however, traffic noise was too loud. The taps in the sink in the room leaked. Overall, it was noisy so couldn't get much sleep.

Room was good value, clean & quiet enough for the busy area it's located in. I would happily stay there again if I was in the area, Staff were polite.

Room was very dirty and there were many cockroaches. I ended up buying cockroach surface spray and when I moved the beds to spray, there was a lot of rubbish. The place needs a deep clean.

I booked this out of location only as we were travelling on to Sydney. Spend all their money on the bar and nothing on the rooms. As soon as we are walking in the room, the smoke alarm went off due to someone smoking in their room. I immediately booked a room somewhere else, and we left.

The room stunk of cigarettes. The fridge was filthy. The sink was clogged with hair and the floor was dirty. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and skirting boards. The shower and toilet block were disgusting. The whole stay pissed me off.

Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpfull. Hellped me carry grceries upstairs during my visit, when they noticed I had a sore shoulder (due to medical tes5s earlier 8n the day)

I can deal with old that’s fine as long as it’s clean I don’t like to deal with a wet towel rolled up on my bed ready for me to use or the fact that you have to share your room with cockroaches that’s the terrible part cockroach baits or bombs are not that expensive I left a day early I couldn’t spend another night there
