There are plenty of push bike & walking/hiking paths to utilize in the area. You really don't need to use a vehicle to enjoy this apartment & neighborhood. Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks & CBD all within a very short level walk. There is a fully stocked supermarket for supplies just 50 m away in Scott St!
Other things to note;
Famous Newcastle East End Ice Creamery is only 40m away towards the beach on Zaara St.
The 2 balconies are set up for dining/drinks & relaxing just watching the world pass by.
Parks & free BBQs are just a short level stroll.
Being located on the first floor, guests do have 12 stairs to enter the apartment, but there is an audio intercom to the living room to minimize using the stairs when guests are entering the building.
The complex is monitored & groups looking to party hard is not ok as we strive to maintain a peaceful & comfortable environment for all guests.
