"Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"It was great except for the check in which was 4:00. In Maine it was dark by then and the listing did not say the entrance was on the side of the building, not the front that was in the photo. There lighting on the house numbers was inadequate and we had to call and wait to talk to someone who could help us locate the proper entrance. I recommend better lighting and signage. Once we settled in we enjoyed the lovely location that was close to great restaurants and the lovely Wiscasset Village. I...

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough...

"My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again."

"My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided."

"The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. "The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

Great place to stay

"We had a death in the family that required us to be in Augusta for two days. Instead of traveling back and forth we chose to stay. We wanted a hotel with a pool the children could enjoy. This was a perfect place to stay, the price was reasonable and was close to where we needed to be. We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful. "

Great place, good people, tasty breakfast.

"Staying at this Hampton Inn is always a treat. Staff is wonderful and we love the morning breakfast spread. Unfortunately, the pool heater was being repaired so the pool was too cold to use which was a disappointment. However, that has never before been my experience, so it was likely just unlucky timing. I like this place and the price is usually decent. We'll be back, I'm sure."

Arrived late after a long drive

"I traveled from 5hrs south to attend a funeral service the following morning and arrived after 11pm. The instructions were clear and easy to retrieve the key for the room. I never saw one person since I left fairly early around 8:30am. There wasn’t much for breakfast but I didn’t expect much since it’s probably their off season and it didn’t seem there were many people at the hotel. The only complaint I had was that the room was so incredibly cold maybe 30 to 40° No heat was turned on. There were two monitor heaters in the room and it took a while to warm up so I sat in my vehicle for about 20minutes while I waited. By morning it was cozy and warm. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very very comfortable! I would definitely stay again but I’d call ahead to make sure someone turned the heat on…even just at 60 or 65° would be acceptable. "
