3 Bedroom Lake front cottage- Less than 5 Minutes from Mount Sunapee

The Space:
Enjoy all that Lake Sunapee has to offer in this Charming 3 Bedroom 1 Bath lakefront Cottage. With 125` of Lake frontage and situated next to a shared private sandy beach, accessing the water is simple. Enjoy the views of the Lake from the screened-in porch or deck. There`s also an open shared field for yard games and other outdoor play. This cottage is located just one mile from Newbury Harbor where you can enjoy live music and a bite to eat. Mount Sunapee is also close by with hiking trails. an outdoor Adventure Park and winter skiing. Please note there is no washer and dryer at this property. Pets are welcome, but we do charge a pet fee.

Lakewood Manor #16
The cottage was perfect. The decor was pleasing, the furniture was comfortable including the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed; dishes, pots & pans, silverware, coffee maker, etc. The two porches are well furnished with patio furniture and nice cushions. The lake was beautiful. Shallow out quite a ways, so great for children. The common grounds (lawn) was immaculate and the beach was perfect. Lots of room for chairs. My only word of caution is the lawn access to the beach is a little steep. My last visit to the lake was 13 years ago. I am so glad I chose this cottage for my return visit to beautiful Lake Sunapee. Great location
This property is at a great location. It is directly adjacent to a small beach area with a shallow cove that has a really convenient entrance to lake recreation. The immediate area is quiet and serene. While you can somewhat hear one of the main roads in the background, the small community itself and their access road is offset from most busy things. We only saw a few other people on the beach one day during the whole week. Otherwise, it was all to ourselves. The outdoor screened in patio is a very nice feature. There are a lot of trees in the area. It is our understanding that this is deliberately done to preserve features in the environment and we support that. It does still allow for a water view. The location is very convenient to things in the area. Things on the property are simple but it covers the basics very nicely. The access road and one open grass area also allows a nice space for dog exploration and dog walking.

Cottage in Newbury
This cottage has a wonderful, large screened porch, with a view of the lake thru the trees. This pet friendly cottage was comfortable, and spacious. Our only complaints are that the master bedroom had a terrible odor (most likely from pet urine), and the traffic noise from Route 103 spoiled the peace and quiet.
