"We chose this property to accomodate fifteen of us family members for the Christmas holdiay. This was our first Christmas together in over ten years. The property had ample space for all of us. The open floor plan on the main floor is so nice to gather in! It was great that most of us had our own bathrooms. My mom had surgery just before our trip and was in a wheelchair. "This house has it all! This has become a home base for an annual ski trip with a number of friends. We love the big kitchen/open floor plan, the pool table and lounge room, and the hot tub with the amazing view of the river. And, it's in a great spot...just a few minutes (drive) from downtown/the main street of Bend and about 30 minutes from Bachelor. Doug is also great about answering questions quickly and accomodating when he is able to!"

"Good bedroom layout for families with children! Could use a bit more space in a dining area and sturdier folding chairs. Sunriver is a wonderful place and loved the option of using the SHARC passes!! Snow made for a wonderful time with littles and bigs! (Might encourage your cleaning crews to take care of cobwebs in "up high" in the main living room, and in the upstairs bedrooms.) "The property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking items, grill was functional and the back deck overlooks the golf course. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds for everyone. The only 4 star category is the location, it's about a 10 min drive to the village/lodge, but manageable. Would stay again!"

"The house was awesome. I had contacted the owners prior to booking at they said there was room for several trailers. She must not have known what I meant by large trailer. Had to trim a few trees to get the trailer in the parking lot. Check in was at 4. The cleaners we in the house till 5:45 and told us not to go upstairs for a while since they just waxed the floor.
