The cabin was clean, cozy, we loved the white Christmas lights which made it cozier. We felt like 2 giggling kids laying in the full size bed. This cabin was everything we wanted. "We were pleasantly amazed how isolated we found the location . Very few people were on the beach. We managed the “non potable” water for cooking and cleaning. I was thankful I brought my air fryer to cook meats/potatoes in. I’m a foodie! We navigated our beach equipment down the VERY steep trail s as bd settled in gor many gorgeous beach and rockhounding days. We even hunted for rocks at night! Great getaway from chaos of day to day!! Just want to note that the 18 mile drive in is beautiful but...

"We had such an amazing stay at cabin 1. We both slept great on a very comfortable bed. Location is ideal for short day trips. We checked out whitefish point and Tahquamenon falls in the day and finish the night with a great bonfire right on the lake. Made sure to take advantage of both early sunrises over a nice cup of coffee. Carrie is very accommodating and Great suggestions that we took Paul for breakfast on our way out. We definitely will be booking this Cabin again in the future and...

"We rented the Bear Den for our Thanksgiving getaway. The home is as lovely as the pictures, very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and worked wonderfully for our Thanksgiving feast:) I would absolutely recommend this property and plan on returning!! "

Loved how quiet it is and no traffic, my grandbabies love to ride their little four wheelers and was very safe for them to do so! Cabin is homey and beautiful, loved everything about it! "

Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nicely remodeled, great views, easy lake access. Plenty of parking area. Would recommend, and will try to stay here again!"
