"We rented the Bear Den for our Thanksgiving getaway. The home is as lovely as the pictures, very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and worked wonderfully for our Thanksgiving feast:) I would absolutely recommend this property and plan on returning!! "

"A couple of us are from the UP and are very happy with our stay but… finding the property proved to be difficult as there is not a proper and well defined address or signage and the driveway or lack there of is a big BIG problem, the cabin itself was absolutely a dream but that is all I would give a positive feedback on, the fire pit was great and it was fully stocked but the creek as described in the picture is non existent but overall it was a good stay"

"The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit enjoying the lake. Great location as we visited the shipwreck museum and Mackinac Island. We also spent a day just enjoying the cabin, the lake, and watching movies. We thought we would miss internet but really enjoyed not having it. We wished that there was a bathroom...

"We wanted a weekend away with just the 2 of us. We wanted a secluded, cozy cabin in the woods. That is exactly what we got. The cabin was clean, cozy, we loved the white Christmas lights which made it cozier. We felt like 2 giggling kids laying in the full size bed. This cabin was everything we wanted.
