Great Location
Owner was very communicative and super helpful with all arrangements! We stayed with 3 families attending an event at Fair Hill and it was perfect for teenage boys and parents. Clean and spacious!

Family fun
Stayed at Jeff’s place for a weekend and man was it a nice getaway. The neighbors were very polite and welcoming and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Endless space with 2.5 bathrooms and so much activity spaces. Highly recommend staying here and Jeff is very understanding and on point when it comes to communication. 10/10 if you ask me!

Nice house, poor maintenance
There was plenty of off-street parking, the back porch was breezy and nice, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for the four of us. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the poor maintenance of the house: chairs with missing bolts and loose legs, towel racks and toilet paper holders so poorly installed that they fell off the wall. The light over the dining room table was extremely dim and the switch had been eliminated and wired straight through with wires visible. The wiring for the overhead light/fan in the living room was chaotic and did not seem safe. There was a bag of garbage outside the garage when I arrived. I messaged the host about it and he told me to take care of it. All the pool cues but one were broken or missing the felt tips. I messaged the host and over 30 hours later (halfway through our stay) some felt tips were delivered by mail - but with no glue or way to install them on the cues. Again, apparently the host wanted me to do his maintenance for him. Since the pool table was a significant factor in our choosing this house, not being able to use it had a very negative impact on our stay. This has the potential to be a nice house, but it needs someone to care for it.

As pictured and described!
We traveled with friends and family for a lacrosse tournament. The home was exactly as described, clean and spacious. We loved the screened-in porch. Host was easy to contact, responded immediately and very pleasant. The downtown area was quaint. We would certainly recommend and are looking to reserve next summer!
