Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Due to being in a residential area, noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am.
Safety and security
This property is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.
Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the cottage as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.
Housekeeping
Before vacating the property, we ask that you please leave the property how you found it upon arriving. Please ensure that it is left reasonable clean & tidy and the following has been completing before leaving;
Bedding stripped off all beds
Towels left in the bath
If furniture moved, it is placed back
Clean & tidy
All perishable items removed and placed into outside bins
Fridge & cupboard empty of food items
Outside areas free of rubbish and debris
All windows closed & doors locked before leaving

Please tidy any mess in the garden
The £200 security deposit will be refunded if all above is adhered to.
