Near Barclay Center and Pratt University. You will be staying in a private bedroom with a Queen bed and workspace. Near 24 hour open Deli for all your food needs. You get tons of privacy and light bright room. I am located right next-door to Subway/Metro, Across the street from Citi Bike rental and Across the street from Rebel Scooter rental. 10 minute Walk to Barclays Center, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. 20 minute subway ride to Midtown or Downtown Manhattan.

This place needs improvements and a deep cleaning. Though, the owner reacts quickly when we ask for something. Small kitchen is useful.

Overpriced and FILLED with mice
This place was disgusting, by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. There was no working microwave, the water would only stay hot for maybe 2 minutes tops (so have fun showering), the only “fridge” that was functioning was tiny and could barely fit more than like 3 items, while a full sized refrigerator just stood there non functioning. Insanely overpriced, especially for the area. Now here’s the real treat: there was a really bad mouse infestation (rodent repellent was on the counter, so clearly the host knew about this). I TRIED to deal with it by constantly spraying nasty smelling poison / repellent everywhere that didn’t really do anything. There were literally mice in my bed when I’d come home. Eating through paper and plastic and scratching at stuff all night. To deal with them I had to sleep with the lights on all night aka got no sleep which very negatively affected my job performance. The host told me I could stay longer but then pulled the rug out from under me and said I had to get out immediately because I guess Vrbo doesn’t let you book your current stay in advance until the time has ran up so I had to basically scramble to find another place in the middle of the night. His tone was threatening and nasty as soon as he “needed me out to clean” (LMAO). Vrbo really needs to do a much better job of having people actually physically inspect the places they list and in price gauging because dealing with “customer service” was also a nightmare.
