餐飲滿意、客房空間也OK，但跟貢寮福容相比，飯店內設施簡直少到不行，10歲以下設施ok，但對青少年或成人就沒什麼吸引力。只有住的功能，休閒設施主要仰賴區域景觀環境ex.漁人碼頭、老街等等。

第一天晚上入住，待全家人皆盥洗完畢就寢後，凌晨兩點開始聽到滴答聲，且頻率愈來愈高，起床查看才發現浴室門框上方嚴重漏水，水像下小雨一般不停滴下，但因其他家人皆已入睡，實在無法在凌晨兩點通報處理，只好等早上才通知飯店處理，飯店雖已儘快處理，但仍責怪我們未於第一時間通知，試問凌晨兩點不用睡覺全部人起床等貴飯店處理漏水問題嗎？且處理當下機器非常吵雜，若為當下處理，勢必影響同樓層其他房客，人都有同理心，沒有人會在這種時間要求處理，事後飯店告知管路因灰塵髒污阻塞造成水流不通而漏水，請問以福容飯店的等級及住房價格，是可以接受有上述情況發生的嗎？平常都不用對管路進行查看清潔疏通，要等到發生漏水事件才進行處理，這樣的做法是福容大飯店應該有的管理維護態度嗎？以上，為本次不愉快的住宿體驗實情，漏水影片若有需要可以提供佐證。
