The beach steps and walkway are almost complete and will be ready soon. In the meantime, there are alternate beach steps available for direct access.

This newly remodeled 2/2 is located on the top floor of Sea Coast Gardens II which offers beautiful panoramic views of the ocean, pools, shuffleboard courts, beach deck and clubhouse. The kitchen is decorated in a beautiful blue and white color pallet with new appliances, subway tile back-splash, and quartz countertops. The Master Bedroom is light and bright and offers a King size bed, TV, and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk.

Great family getaway
This unit is very updated and nice! We saw inside a few other units and this was much nicer. The whole property is great and very family friendly. We loved that we were in the no driving part to the beach. We will be coming back again and again!

This condo was very nicely appointed and maintained. Also, the amenities were also nicely maintained. The view from the balcony is very nice. The use of a luggage cart was very helpful! I also appreciated not having to pack beach/pool towels.

Beach Vacation
I absolutely loved this condo. We have three kids so the queen and twin with trundle in the second room was perfect for my family. The ocean view is great and the property pools and shuffle board courts are awesome. The owner pays attention to all the small things that really make your stay unique. Both bathrooms and kitchen sink had hand soap dispensers. The Kitchen was also stocked with dish soap, coffees, tea, hot chocolate, creamers, sugar etc. We were also left with laundry Pods, dishwasher tabs and extra garbage bags. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Condo was clean and spacious with an awesome location. It has everything you need. Enjoyed getting up every morning to watch the sunrise over the water. My family & I had a perfect weekend. The condo was also well decorated & updated, while still feeling cozy. It felt like a second home. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect as far away from a lot of activity on the beach. Property felt safe and secure as well very clean along with security to make sure pool was closed on time and only renters could use the amenities.

Family Friendly Condo on the Beach!
Super clean, tastefully decorated and recently updated-all for an amazingly reasonable price! Our family of four had plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring all New Smyrna has to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful beach and had a blast with some epic shuffle board tournaments. Our only disappointment was the “seasonably heated” pool was not heated during our stay due to a stretch of cooler weather. However, we would still highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the beach!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach
Must stay here! We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights & loved every minute of it. Condo we rented was newly renovated which made it beautiful. The condo & the entire property was very, very clean! You could eat off the floors! It had a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig machine, etc. I can't think of anything it didn't have. It had a huge master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom which was a good size with a bunk bed and a queen size bed, (2) nice size bathrooms, dining room, kitchen AND living room. The one thing I loved was the sliding glass doors that led to a balcony with a small table & chairs. I l loved waking up, sitting outside, looking out on to the beach and pool area. I loved the fact that the beach so close. The property was very quiet which was nice. We walked to a bar/restaurant on the beach. (Can't recall the name of it but the food was good, drinks were better. A few miles away (in town) there was another great bar/restaurant where we visited at least 3 times. Near this bar there was plenty of shopping to do. Cute, cute little shops! I would definitely recommend this condo to a family member and/or friend. Hope to be back soon.

Comfortable/Convenient/Beachy Contemporary
We really enjoyed our stay! It was everything we were looking for in a Florida getaway - comfortable beds and living spaces, super convenient with the beach and pool steps away, in a well equipped beachy contemporary remodel. So easy to relax and unwind. We will be back.

Homey, Clean, Beautiful View
The décor is cute and beachy; it immediately makes you feel right at home. The furnishings are very comfortable. Most everything seems new from the furnishing and flooring to the dishes and utensils. The kitchen is as nice as mine at home. Being on the top floor provides a beautiful panoramic view of the pools, ocean and sunrises. There are beach games, like bocce ball, in the condo that we used on the beach. Across the street is a grocery store, souvenir/beach accessory store, breakfast diner and Italian restaurant. This condo is very well stocked and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean condo. Very clean beach. We are a family of four. So it was nice to have two showers. The place came with all the bath towels you needed. (You do need to pick up toilet paper and paper towels). The kitchen came was several pots and pans, cookie sheets, a crock pot, all the dishes, utensils you needed. To bonus Tupperware. Beach chairs were also provided. And we left noodles which are nice for floating in the pool. Two very nice pools are on this property and are cleaned daily. There are carts to unload your cars and take up the elevator. They are located behind the elevator. They supplied a lot of extra pillows and blankets to lounge on the couch with. The keyless entry was very nice as we were coming and going on our own back and fourth to the beach. A lot of cute shops at Flagler. Just a mile down the road. There are tons of places to go within ten minutes. When you pull out of the complex and make a left there is a dollar general market for quick needs. BUT in that plaza there is a laundry mat stop there and get $20 in quarters to help you out with the coin operated washer and dryer all week. Mrs Cs diner in that plaza was our favorite place to eat (shellfish free) If you are looking to stay in New Smyrna make sure you do your homework. Just a ten minute walk down people are allowed to drive on the beach and park their cars. That was definitely a turn off for me. Look forward to staying here again!
