Check before you rent!
Condo needs updated. The ice machine didn’t work, not enough towels so was washing towels everyday!! There is construction we knew about which was on the other side until Monday morning they are grinding right outside our door- this was the entire week. No relaxation in our condo nor at the pool all you heard was the construction. The fob wouldn’t work at the pool, had to have a construction guy go let us in. There was just something everyday. I wouldn’t rent until probably 2026- it’s supposed to last another year. Just didn’t like staying there- no one seemed to care either. Money wasted for sure!!!!

Great location
I will stay here again due to the location! Access to boogie boards and tiher things definitely added to the experience. The property needs some updates. We drove down a Tundra and the garage was a tight fit. Otherwise had a great time .

AMAZING views but could use updating
The condo has one of the best views on the beach and just a few steps from our balcony. The management & staff were great to deal with. When we first got there the entry way and part of the bedroom carpet was really wet, they investigated the issue and took care of it right away so bonus points for that!! I even had a package delivery that got delayed a few days until after we had already vacated to go back home and they they gladly shipped it to me back at my home in VA. Downside. We first got there, pulled under the portico to unload things, loaded it all up on 2 carts only to go in the front door to the elevator to discover the elevator did NOT stop on the first floor and the and NO ramp to roll the carts up on. My husband had recently had his second Achilles ruptured tendon surgery so trecking 2 months worth of stuff one box at a time myself up the stairs was a quite unplesant experence. I can't believe they would not have included that little tidbit of information when we rented the condo. The condo kitchen is not well equipped at all ,o pot holders, 1 baking sheet, the 3 of the cabinet doors would not stay closed, furniture while somewhat comfortable made it feel very dated inside. The beds were comfortable, bathroom vanities were cracked and deteriorating. Overall it could use some much needed updating oh and the garage space that was included in the rent we paid was NOT available for us to park as the building was using it to store wood in. ?

Super comfortable and fabulous view!
This is our 3rd time visiting New Smyrna as a family (my husband has been coming for 28 years), and we truly enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious which is lucky to find in a condo in my opinion. We loved chilling in the living room in the evening after a long warm day. There were a couple areas that could use some cosmetic updating but we don't care so much about that. The furnishings are very comfortable and soft which is more important to us. We've also never stayed so close to Flagler Ave. Being able to walk to town was a big bonus for my husband and I so we could enjoy the lazy days and fun nightlife. The best part however, is the incredible view and being able to walk out to the beach. We don't like heights so being on the first level was exactly what we were looking for. Waking up each morning to that view was a great start to the day. There were also plenty of beach accessories that made beach time even more fun. My son loved the boogie boards. Honestly the only downside was the check in process. We didn't arrive till late at night due to a hectic travel day. Unfortunately the codes we were given weren't working for the lock box to get into the building or to unlock our door. We were able to get our car into the garage which was nice. Luckily there were other visitors that let us in the building and a lovely man who was a permanent resident tried to help as well. After a while we were able to receiver other codes from management who were very helpful and we finally got in, but it was pretty stressful after a long travel day. But the place, the view, the location made up for all of it. We haven't been on vacation in years and we really needed this relaxation and fun. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.

The property is run down and falling apart Besides peeling wallpaper lifting vinyl flooring in kitchen and filthy carpet. There were no beach towels and pantry door off the hinges. Pitiful

Best location!
Location is steps off the beach and 1st floor is a plus. It was very clean on arrival. Carpet is a bit dated. Keurig did not work but coffee pot did. We never were able to get the keypad on the front door to work. With that, we would definitely stay here again. The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were great. Kitchen is huge. Plenty of living space and killer views!

The best views!
We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and places over the years on the beach and none have had the views that this one does! Panoramic views in every room. We were so close to the pool and the beach it made it easy for us to plan our day especially with a baby and toddler. We also appreciated that there wasn’t a lot of trinkets and clutter around it made it feel very clean and safe. Twin beds could be updated but overall it was a great stay!
