Watch the ocean waves crash upon the shore from your private balcony at Oceania Plaza 204, a two-bedroom, oceanfront condo on the shores of New Smyrna Beach. This is a place for swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, parasailing, and so much more in the warm Florida sunshine.
Step inside to be greeted by an open living space with tile floors, central air conditioning, and a mirrored wall that maximizes the oceanfront view. There's a fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar and every essential appliance, as well as an adjacent dining table for four. Bring your coffee and cocktails outside to the oceanfront balcony, and spend your evenings watching TV in the comfort of the living room.
The beach and the building's oceanside swimming pool and lounge areas are right downstairs, and a washer/dryer is on hand in the condo to refresh your swimsuits at the end of the day. Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms, a primary suite with balcony access, and free WiFi throughout.
New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida - what many recall as the Florida of yesteryear. Known for its coastal architecture and personality, New Smyrna Beach is a prime location for surfers as well as visitors looking for a laid-back beach experience filled with hidden adventures. Please have your ID ready to show the front desk to pick up your resort package, which will include your parking pass which must be displayed at all times. There is a $10/day resort fee. Only one parking spot is available per condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
