Malibu 804 provides breathtaking south and east oceanfront views and the ease of beachside living for your next escape to New Smyrna Beach.
Step inside to find an open floor plan, glass doors that connect to a private balcony, and brilliant views of the Atlantic Ocean. Highlights include a sectional sofa for your comfort, a nicely appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and TVs in the living room and bedrooms. When it's time to hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs and towels provided, as well as a private washer/dryer to spin your swimsuits at the end of the day.
Of the three bedrooms, the primary bedroom has access to the oceanfront balcony while the second bedroom has a balcony overlooking the town's main drag. Free WiFi and cable service are provided as well.
The Malibu complex is nestled on the north end of New Smyrna Beach near Ponce Inlet, which is known as the best surfing spot in the area. Enjoy lush landscaping, a seasonally heated oceanfront pool, a spa, a stylish clubhouse, and a fitness center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
