Excellent beach property
This property was excellent for location, cleanliness, and overall convenience. The owners were responsive and detailed the property perfectly. It was walking distance to Flagler Street, and a 3 min car ride to some of the best restaurants. I’d highly recommend this property.

Comfortable condo for 2 people. Very nice view. Nicole is a very responsive host and very accessible. You will enjoy the beach as it is wonderful for walking as very flat. The heated pool is quite comfortable.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but we were very comfortable. There was everything you could want provided and the beds were great. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Kind of just the right size for two people. Beautiful view of the ocean. Just a couple blocks away from the famous Flagler Street! We enjoyed walking down for dinner.

Beach front haven
Nicole is a great host and her place is very modern and comfortable. You are practically sitting on the beach. This is the second time we stayed here and we may very well return for future weekend getaways. Location is perfect, walking distance to downtown New Smyrna with shops, taverns and lots of great restaurants.

The condo is in a great location, and beautiful view of the ocean. The owner communicated well before our stay. The building itself is still under hurricane repair and the pool this Labor Day weekend was closed due to repair.

Loved the property, and the location. By day we could spend time on the beach, in the ocean, or take a break inside to beat the heat. At nihht Flagler Ave was the hot spot. We loce this area and the room was fantastic. Thanks for the memories, we will be back!
