Newly renovated from top to bottom! Brand new wood look tile flooring, new ceiling and ceiling fans, new AC unit, the whole condo is freshly painted, new stairs, etc... 2 Story Condo in the HIGHLY desirable Pelican. Sleeps up to 6. (There is also a king size air mattress available if you need to need to sleep 8). Every amenity you could want for you and your family. Enjoy the Pelicans flying right by the balcony as you sip your coffee and enjoy the ocean views. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night in your brand new top floor master bedroom suite (no upstairs neighbors!) Both bedrooms are upstairs and each have their own shiny new bathrooms and walk in showers. All linens and towels are there for you to use as well as some bathroom essentials.
Fully stocked kitchen with anything anyone could need or want at the beach. Brand new granite, appliances, dishes, towels, etc.. Living room has a big screen smart tv with cable and separate stereo speakers (internet is also provided). The new furniture in the living room boasts two super comfy swivel chairs and a pull out queen size couch. There is also a dining table with four chairs and four chairs at the kitchen bar as well. The unit is stocked with many games and puzzles for you enjoyment as well as beach chairs, toys, and beach essentials. Both floors are ocean front with 2 different balconies, walk right out to the world famous New Smyrna beach right from your pool deck, two ocean front pools ( one heated), outdoor propane grills, shuffleboard, and plenty of outdoor oceanfront seating with umbrellas! Walking distance to Flagler Ave where you will find the most adorable local shops and restaurants. Family owned.

The property was as described and pictured. Very clean and nicely remodeled. plenty of room and everything you would need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. we enjoyed the pools and being right on the ocean.

Great Property Right On Beach
The property was awesome! One thing to remember is that both bedrooms are upstairs. The property was very clean, organized, and easy to access. It is just a quick elevator ride and very short walk to the pool and beach. Brandi was great to work with and was very responsive to questions. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

This is a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The views from the decks are wonderful!

Great Oceanfront Condo
The condo is just as advertised. Very nice, clean, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Other than a glitch with the elevator not working the first day of our stay and some coooler than normal weather (which obviously cannot be controlled by the condo owner) the entire week was great!

Fantastic Stay in New Smyrna Beach
We stayed a week at Lou and Wendy's condo. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. The pools were great and the ocean view from the balcony was fantastic! Can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay at NSB!
Great, clean, well-furnished condo right on the beach in a convenient location! The condo had everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple boogie boards for kids to ride on the waves. You can hop on the elevator, go down to the pool, and from there a staircase leads straight to the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than half a mile away and it's just a short drive to Flagler Ave to spend some time exploring. You have the beach pretty much to yourself at this location vs a much busier area down the road at Flagler. The host was pro-active in reaching out before we arrived and making sure there were no issues after we checked in. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Stopped by for a few days after a travel basketball tournament in Orlando. The property was exactly what we expected from the reviews and pictures. Perfect for relaxation and rest. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds slept great! Very comfortable. Great condo for our family of 4!

We stayed here for several nights while we moved our son into Embry-Riddle. The property exceeded our expectations, with amazing coastal views, great pools, and access to the beach. The property was tastefully renovated and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond and provide check in and check out details. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Overall, we were very happy with all aspects of the town home. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. Best Beach Views, Beautiful and Clean Rental!
This rental is as amazing as it looks and sounds! Having two floors with ocean-facing balconies allows for all the more relaxed ocean viewing. The decor is beautiful and the serene blue walls match the sunny blue sky right outside those balconies. The rental was so clean and smelled great upon arrival. Brandi was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. We also appreciated just how well stocked this rental was, with not only every kitchen dishware, utensils, and bowls, but also with paper products (toilet paper, paper towels,etc.) and soaps at every sink. By far the most beautiful interior decorated, clean, and generous supplies of any rental I have stayed at. And have I mentioned those ocean views... :-) Wonderful, relaxing vacation for my mom and I. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo that was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed. We enjoyed how comfortable and convenient our stay was.
