What used to be a traditionally managed hotel and suite property has now been converted to condos. Every unit is individually owned and/or managed. We are so excited to be your host for this very special one room studio unit with the best views on property! Think hotel room but better! We pride ourselves in scrupulous cleaning and adorable comfortable coastal decor which was recently remodeled! Old Florida coastal vibes at its' best here!
This adorable efficiency unit is perfect for your New Smyrna Beach getaway. This tropical room features a comfy king bed, set of bunks (yes kids they are a PIRATE SHIP!!!) , super cute freshly updated bath, huge smart tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig! If that isn't enough, then wait till you step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your breathtaking pool/ocean view! Open the sliding glass door and hear the waves crash! This is perfect for a couple or small family! (no adults on top bunk please!) Bunk beds are a full with a twin on top. If a squeaky clean little ocean spot that's cute as a button and a great value is on your agenda then Coastal Waters 202 is for you!

Perfect Getaway!
We absolutely loved everything about our stay but our gracious hosts is what really made this an amazing and perfect choice. The ocean view studio is exactly as pictured - the decor is so nice and you cannot beat the view. We will most definitely be booking again!

Great little bungalow
Everything was very clean upon arrival. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed the heated pool and proximity to the beach. Our small children loved the bunk beds! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful beach vacation. Host was very welcoming. We appreciated the paper products, coffee etc waiting for us in the condo. Good supply of towels for both beach and bath. Also great supply of beach chairs, etc for us to use. Would definitely stay again!

Memorable Getaway
We came to New Smyrna Beach to celebrate our daughter’s 18th bday. This location was perfect! We had a nice, relaxing, and comfortable stay. We were a few steps from the beach and pool. We had a beautiful view from our room and it was nice and quiet. Our hostesses were amazing and made our stay special. We are looking forward to staying again soon!!

Cute room, good for small family.
Not much of a beach, but possibly with was just due to weather. The waves were basically all the way up to the building. The building fire alarm system needs some work, which I saw a note about it being upgraded in March, but it was October and more definitely needed to be done (licensed fire alarm professional here).

Lisa is a great host. The property was clean and comfortable. It's the little things like beach toys for the kids and a chair for mom that make the place a 5star stay. And of course the location!

Amazing!
We had such an amazing stay! Everything was very clean and so cute inside! Very quiet area so you’re able to just relax. Lisa was the best at communicating and made sure we had all the needed information. You felt welcomed by her without ever meeting her! She responds quickly to messages and is just wonderful! We are already wanting to come stay again. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a beach getaway.

This VRBO was awesome! Stayed with my 2 grandsons ( 3&5). They loved the “pirate ship”bunk bed. The view was wonderful and the pool and beach are just steps away! Will definitely keep this as a favorite when traveling to New Smyrna Beach!

Clean & Classy Condo
Checking in was super easy! Upon entering, it was very noticeable that the condo was very clean and newly updated, just like the photos! The beds were super comfy! Many extras were included (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach/sand toys, etc). If we decide to visit NSB again, we won’t hesitate to reserve this classy condo!

Condo instead of hotel
We decided to book a condo instead of a hotel for a few nights and very happy we did. Our child loved the fun addition of the bunk bed and our family had everything we needed in addition to being comfortable and relaxed. Nice weekend getaway
The property was as listed and communication with the host was great. It was a lovely short getaway on the beach and only 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants and stores. My only wish would be for more available parking at the building. Twice we had to park across the street and run across several lanes of traffic. Thankfully not too busy.
