The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. Wonderful quiet stay
Our second stay in this building, we had an oceanfront one bedroom condo that sits back bit still facing the ocean. We really liked it because of the quiet location of this co do in the building. Facility was perfect, no issues with anything, the location is so close to everything, groceries, bars, restaurants, and quick access to highway to travel to sights out of town the host Tricia was wonderful and answered questions immediately. Check in and check out were seemless, front desk personnel was also very helpful, we will return again and stay longer.

The condo was up to date, clean and had plenty of room. It had a cute beach front view balcony. The condo was located in a convenient spot just a quick walk from the main strip that has restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again!
