This Property is Dog Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
2 dogs under 20 pounds (strict complex rule) are allowed but dogs are not allowed on the beach (county regs).
-Pet fee is a minimum $175 fee (1 dog), $225 (2 dogs) or $175 per week (1 dog), $225 per week (2 dogs) or $300 per month (1 dog) or $375 (2 dogs), whichever is less.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
-Dog breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
-Minimum age to book is 25.

Our rates reflect various costs involved in maintaining a rental property. These include expenses like electricity, HOA dues, upkeep, staff wages, mortgage, property insurance (which has quadrupled recently), and property taxes. For transparency, the annual property tax on this unit is currently $12,915. Properties on the beach come with added expenses, but we work hard to provide you with a great value for your vacation.
