5 Star Beachfront Condo 3 BED 2 BATH 1st FLOOR NONDRIVING BEACH

Schooner Point is a beautiful, quiet escape located right on the beach. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people. There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 full size bed. It is located on the 1st floor with easy walk-out access to the pool, beach, and parking and features modern décor with granite countertops and all new (2024) stainless steel appliances. Recent updates include a sectional sofa, living area TV and rug, washer/dryer, air conditioning system, hot water heater, and interior doors. The large kitchen island comfortably seats up to 8 or creates a wonderful work/game/craft space. The condo complex is very well maintained and is located on the no-driving beach, on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Parking at and access to this condo could not be any easier! There are 4 TVs - living room/master have cable - and a smart DVD player. The patio features a table with seating for six and two rocking chairs. There is a community pool which is heated in winter and community charcoal grills. No smoking or pets are allowed.

The unit, complex, and pool/grounds have not experienced any lasting issues or damage from tropical storms or hurricanes. As of 2024, our coastline has a sea wall completed and we are ready to welcome you for a visit to Schooner Point.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ!**
Note, this complex and unit are directly beachfront and beach facing. However, due to the unit's first floor location and the landscaping, pool, and lay of the land, there is not a direct ocean view from the condo. The beach and view are just a few steps from the patio!

Spectrum Wi-fi and cable are included in the rental fees with a dedicated Wi-Fi router for our condo unit. However, New Smyrna is small coastal town with limited cable and internet service options. The signal can be weak, slow and/or intermittent at times. Owner makes no guarantees of internet or cable service during your stay and no refunds will be given for outages. Enjoy the beach and the outdoors, read a book, connect with your friends and family, and take a screen break. Or plan to use your own hotspot if necessary.

Wonderful Beach Getaway
Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. Absolutely wonderful stay!
I can’t say enough good things about renting this unit. The room was extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. The mattresses in all of the rooms were so comfortable! Our family had lots of space to spread out. The property was very family friendly, we loved how close the room is to the pool and the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

This is the 3rd different condo we have rented at Schooner Point. All were nice, but this was definitely the best. Beautifully updated with modern finishes and a fabulous kitchen. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend (bring your own turkey)!

I would stay again! (But don't tell too many people)
The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

Awesome Host!
Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

A beach umbrella, boogie boards, toys, pack n play, high chair, games, DVDs even little things like tape and paper and crayons made our stay so much easier with young children! NSB was been a vacation spot for us for 3 years now. The area is great with a beautiful beach. This condo is amazing! The pictures are accurate and it has everything. I have been going to Schooner Point for 10 years and have always been impressed the with the property there. This condo however, is just a step above the others I have rented in the past. The beds are all in great shape and super comfortable. The living room and kitchen areas are set up perfect and the refrigerator/freezer has plenty of space for a weeks worth of groceries. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach chairs/toys/coolers ect. made the stay even more enjoyable! This condo really seems to be treated as a 2nd home instead of just a rental. Really looking forward to staying again in the future!
