Start the day watching the sunrise from your large balcony overlooking the inviting pool and Atlantic Ocean. Spend a restful night on the Beautyrest king sized bed in this 2nd floor easy to access beach getaway. Extra sleeping in living room on two full length sofas one of which is a queen sleeper.

You can dine out directly across the street at the restaurants or pick up some groceries right there also from the shopping plaza. Prepare some snacks or a full course meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The beach itself is great for walking or bike riding as cars have been 'banned from the sand' year-round it in his section to preserve its natural appeal. More shops, fun pubs and restaurants can be found beachside two miles north on historic Flagler Avenue.

Our complex has gone through a major restoration project completed a few years ago. This undertaking took 2 years from the start.

Inside the unit there are brand new kitchen appliances, cabinets, counter tops and has been freshly painted. Also, with new large screen TV's. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the new top of the line bar height furnishings.

My husband & I had a great 4 night stay in this large comfortable 1 bedroom condo. We started out each morning sitting on the balcony looking at the pool & the ocean drinking our coffee. Location was absolutely perfect. The no drive beach was a definite win. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ever imagine needing including beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The deck was awesome for morning coffee and sunset card games. We had all our check in instructions plenty early which was nice because then it was one less thing for me to stress over as I was getting ready. I am definitely ready to come back and would 100% rebook the same unit.

Great condo!
This condo was perfect for my family of 3 for the Labor Day weekend Holiday! The keyless entry made checking in and out very easy. The condo had everything we needed for a convenient stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby to visit and/or for takeout. The beach wasn’t overly crowded even on a busy beach weekend and the pool has a beautiful ocean view! The owner was very communicative and made everything easy for us! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a great time! The unit was upgraded, modern, and in a great spot - on the second floor close to the pavilion area. The balcony had a clear view of the ocean and pool, which are both right outside the front door. There's a basic super market 5-minutes away, across the street. All in all, loved the unit and the location! Great place!
