"My wife, friends, and pups loved our stay at this mountain getaway. It's in a great section of Jay, NY, and sits smack-center of a large property so you feel hidden away from the neighbors while still having access to the local amenities (walking trails, pavilion, etc). The home has a great layout, and NO spiral staircase like many of these A-frame designs (which our pups appreciated). The hot tub was great for 4 people, and the firepit (and backyard in general) was awesome for stargazing...

"It was everything that was described. Beautiful cabin and property. Not ideal for hauling a boat or parking one. The shower was cool but so was the water or to hot. But overall a great place and would go back again. There is very little cell service which i liked but was in return hard to communicate with owner's and the tournament staff for the bass tournament we were fishing. "It's the cutest cabin at a very nice location. Right next to whiteface mountain and riddled with so many hiking trails. After you check in and you enter the cabin the hosts have this folder filled with so many recommendations on restaurants and trails and attractions which I have used throughout my entire stay. Third bedroom would be better to use with children as you have to walk through it to get to Master and the Bathroom is inside the master bedroom.
