"Cabin very nice. Very clean and plenty of kitchen tools and nice large dining table. The hosts are very easy to work with. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Third bedroom would be better to use with children as you have to walk through it to get to Master and the Bathroom is inside the master bedroom. Just to note - there are several security cameras around the oustde of the house. upstairs bath is inside that bedroom. "

"Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The house was just as pictured. It had a nice view from the living and dining room. The kids loved the game room. The owner responded to our message quickly when we had a small issue. The Cabin was only 20 minutes from Marcy Field, and it was easy for our hikers to catch the shuttle to Big Slide or other trails. The Forty Six restaurant is not far either and has some great food. It is not too far from Lake Placid or Whiteface either. "

"Brookside is Our favorite property to rent in Lake Placid. It’s absolutely beautiful, cozy and well appointed. Kitchen is spacious & very user friendly for cooking meals, had everything we needed. "It was everything that was described. Beautiful cabin and property. Not ideal for hauling a boat or parking one. The shower was cool but so was the water or to hot. But overall a great place and would go back again. There is very little cell service which i liked but was in return hard to communicate with owner's and the tournament staff for the bass tournament we were fishing. But that was also in the ad for cabin. A get away for a couple or a family id rate it a 10 out of 10. For hunting id...

"The tiny house was everything that is said it was. Very remote from everyone. Sadly you could hear the traffic off the highway. Great for star gazing and deer watching."

"The house is perfect for 10-12 people and has a lot of space for everyone to hangout. Location is great, it is a quiet area and about 15-20 minutes from whiteface mountain for those who love to ski and snowboard. If you need a place for a few friends or family, I 100% recommend this place!!!"

"Wonderful little property with enough wilderness to feel peaceful but not too far off the main roads. Be careful on the stairs - especially in sock feet - I’m 5’5” and was fine, my 6’6” husband was also fine but went up on all fours. Which was a laugh to see. Clean, cozy, comfortable bed, everything worked well, would love to come back someday. "
