"The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. "I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"You can't really get much closer to the beach and despite their being shops below this wasnt that noticeable and we felt like each morning and night we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms were nicely decorated and well equiped, it was spacious but felt nice and cozy. A great retreat from the crowds on the weekend. The bar downstairs was nice and all staff friendly... so nice they even retrieved my phone from lost property and sent it back to me after we had lost it! We had a fantastic time...

"Overall good with one caveat and a slight disappointment. The house was very comfortable to live in for a week, very well equipped, lovely lounge, comfortable kitchen, conservatory and outside space for all the family.
